Marketside Creamy Cauliflower Parmesan Soup, 16 Oz

This is my most favorite fresh soup to eat at home. It's absolutely delicious and creamy. I microwave it for three minutes and then stir it up and microwave for another minute.

When I first heard about this soup, I was excited, and couldn't wait to try it! I love to eat cauliflower, and I use Parmesan cheese on a lot of things, so this soup sounded heavenly to me! I was afraid that the flavors would be overwhelming, but they are not overly strong, and they blend together nicely. The texture is not absolutely smooth or creamy, but it's got little pieces of vegetables in it that give it a more rustic feel. I enjoy eating this soup, but I buy the larger portion so that I can make a second meal out of it. Enjoy!

I have tried all the market site soups, and this creamy cauliflower Parmesan is definitely the best one they make! Loved it so much I went back and ordered another four just so I don't run out lol It is a little thick, I just add milk to it, which thins it out some, makes it even creamier 😋

Very delicious very tasty. I have to say one of my favorite soups that they make. That being said it is not totally diabetic friendly but it doesn't spike me too much. It definitely will bring your blood sugar up if you're worried about that, but it won't spike you at 170 or higher than that it'll maybe go up to about 150 or 160 depending how good your blood sugar is. But it is very tasty. I have to tell you I usually take one or two units of insulin before eating it just to make sure.

Well, now I know why, every time I get a craving, it's sold out! I heard good things, and have been trying for a while to try it... FINALLY. And yum, it was well worth the wait. I hope next time I go, they have it in the large containers like they had an abundance of the broccoli and cheddar in. Don't get me wrong, the size was more then plenty. But you need the large so you can come back later for more.

I can't say how much I love this soup, especially topped with bacon. But every now and then I stray off course and use it in other ways. A sauce, a dip and a great shortcut to mac n cheese. Just pour over noodles, add a little extra cheese and bake. Yum! Serve over rice, use as a sauce for veggies or chicken, top a baked potato, or hey! Steam a whole cauliflower head and pour this on top, sprinkle with nutmeg, bacon or toasted breadcrumbs. This is now a staple in my fridge.

This is yummy! For added protein I add frozen salad-sized shrimp or Soules Fajita chicken pieces (also ftom WMT). It's also great as a base for large pot of creamy veggie soup. Re the salt: it may be on the salty side for some, but if one doesn't regularly over-dose on fast-food, then the amount of salt is a welcome taste budd treat, and — for me at least— fills a much needed dietary component.

This specific soup is very tasty and hits the spot if you're looking for a light warm meal It had a nice parmesan flavor with chunks of well cooked cauliflower in it. The only thing that might have made it better, was if the liquid part of it had been a little bit thicker or had more chunks of cauliflower in it, to make it creamier. It was really watery, almost as if it hadn't been cooked down enough.

This has a bit more garlic than what I like which is why I knocked it down a star. However, it is easy to tone down with a splash of cream or adding a bit more parmesan. It's good though and I'll certainly buy it again. It is a big serving, for sure.

I love Marketside products, so I was disappointed in this rather bland soup. I had hopes that it would be as absolutely fabulous as Marketside Lobster Bisque, which is one of the most delicious ready-to-eat dishes I've ever had!! I wish you had asked for a review of that soup!
