If you like the restaurant kind you will LOVE this version! Its thicker, less broth but tastes just as good. A little of all the ingredients in every bite. Very filling. Great for a quick lunch. My only tip is dont microwave in the original container, it gets a little flimsy.

Absolutely delicious for store-bought soup. I would recommend it to anyone who was looking for a flavorful store-bought soup. I even put some on mashed potatoes which really gave the potatoes. A great taste and took it for lunch. Not just a soup. It can easily be in addition to a meal.

Tasty

Gladys December 26, 2025

All of Marketside soups are delightful and tasty. This was not one of my favorites as far as flavor profile but it was creamy and filling. It had More of a bland flavor profile. I added more spices. Can be eaten with crackers for lunch. Did taste homemade just not my favorite

Too spicy, but flavor was good w/o the sausage

Gail March 28, 2026

I don't like highly spicy food, and this was WAY too spicy for me. However, I realized most of the heat was coming from the sausage. Once I removed the sausage and added a little salt, I liked the remains. I liked the flavor, even though it was still a little on the spciy side for me. Others have mentioned the texture. I thought the texture was fine. I do prefer Olive Garden's as it is creamier and has less heat.

I've never heard of this soup before but I thought I'd give it a try. I had to add a little salt and some other seasonings to make it edible. Didn't finish it. Very bland. And it cost more than all of my usual Marketside Soups which or usually good.

Terrible soup.

BuyerFromCentralPEN February 17, 2026

If you like Zuppa Tuscana from Olive Garden, the Marketside soup is absolutely nothing like it. Super dissapointing. Rather than being a creamy soup, it is more like extremely spicy sausage gravy. The base of the soup is too thick, too spicey (as in, the first bite made me sputter) and too overwhelmed by sausage.

The broth is decent which is the only reason this even rates one star. Most of the other marketside branded soups I've tried have been decent, but this is not it. 75% bland sausage, 20% kale and about 4% tiny potato slivers. Way overpriced for a soup I'll never get again

im accustomed to Olive Garden's Zuppa Toscana which is simply savory, not so hot one's eyes water. I believe hot sausage was used in the preparation rather than sweet Italian sausage and it was too hot and spicy for, I believe, most people! I threw it away.

Worst soup I've ever tasted!

Darlene November 12, 2025

I didn't like anything about this soup. I have only had Creamy Zuppa Soup at Olive Garden and I love theirs; so, when I saw this soup, I was excited to try it. However, it tastes nothing like the Zuppa Soup I am used to. I threw it out %26 will not be buying it again. My cousin also trie it and did not like it either.

don't do it. make your own or go to OG.

Arango January 14, 2026

this was bland, had a weird texture, the potatoes were kind of hard, the sausage was like precooked pizza sausage, and the kale had a really strong taste which I didn't like--and I love kale. This didn't taste even remotely like zuppa toscana, and I'm so disappointed. it was also almost 5$ for one bowls worth, which is steep for soup that tasted canned.
