Marketside Cuban Sandwich Recipe Smoked Sausage with Cheese, 12 oz

Don't let the label limit this item as part of your menu! It is a 100% pork sausage with cheese and NO NITRITES in it. It is seasoned strongly but not super hot, with what I taste mainly as black pepper. It is NOT just for Cuban sandwiches. I love it sliced with potatoes, as well as in pasta dishes, or just on a bun with chili as a spicy chili dog. It adds a little extra zing to weeknight meals when you need something good with lots of flavor. I recommend this unless you just don't like black pepper, which I think is probably the main seasoning.

Tried this flavor because my husband and I both love Cuban Sandwiches. They are not overly spicy but have more of a warm heat to them. I am not usually a fan of most sausage because of the visible fattiness. These are not like the others. what you can see is all the yummy spices and cheese. We slice them up and pan fry them so the cheese makes a nice crust on both sides. Fantastic!

these are very good. no added nitrates and fairly heathly as far as sausages go.

all of their sausages are good and quite frankly compared to the value over Adele's and any of the others you simply cannot go wrong this one was tasty although I'm not sure what I was expecting and it's almost if there's like a liquid cheese sauce but the flavor was not my favorite that's why they got it for

Too spicy. And not enough cheese inside each sausage. It was edible but I won't buy it again.

I have never had a Cuban sandwich, but if they taste like this... count me out! I wish I could describe the taste to you, but I can't. I have never tasted anything like these. I couldn't eat all of them and had to discard them.

Why harm the exquisite flavor of the Cuban Sandwich, you can barely perceive the ingredients, they have added too much Pepper and it is not possible to recognize other flavors, it is a shame !!

These are so bad that we threw them out. They have a horrible flavor.
