Marketside Farmhouse Salad with Chicken, 12.25 oz Tray (Fresh)

Surprisingly, this salad was tastier than expected. It doesn’t look like it would be very many bites but it was more than enough. I like how everything is packed in with the salad. Since the 1st one, I have ordered more. It’s great, especially when you want something but don’t feel like cooking. No fuss at all.

This salad is one of the bigger ones and a lil more expensive but very good, comes with fork, buttermilk ranch dressing, a couple small tomatoes and these ones have bigger packets of dressing, grilled white chicken, a mixture of sunflower seeds and crouton crumbles, and bacon.

I've tried many of the marketplace ready made salads. This particular salad has super fixings and it is large enough for 2 people. You need to check if the lettuce is fresh before buying. If fresh, this salad is crunchy and flavorful because of the toppings that are included (tomatoes, bacon bits, broiled chicken, sesame seeds)u.

I love the convenience of these salads! I keep a couple of them in the fridge for a quick lunch or supper when I'm working on a project and don't have time to stop to fix a meal. All the items included are fresh, crisp, and tasty. You just can't go wrong with this one!

I try to keep these on hand. I love most salads, and this one is no exception. I will not add the bacon next time, however. I was tough and hard, and I couldn't chew it, plus it did not have a good taste. The chicken was moist and tender; the lettuce was crisp and fresh. I will buy again.

Ordered 2 of this terrific Marketside Farmhouse Salad this week after trying it my last order. One of the best salads I have ever had. Even outdid most restaurant salads I usually order. Very generous portions of all the delicious ingredients it includes! Super fresh %26 delightful. Once you try it you will be glad you read my review.

Delicious salad, everything was nice and fresh…the lettuce was crisp, the tomatoes were firm, the chicken was fresh and tasty (I broke it up into smaller pieces). I thought the portion size was generous. I will definitely be ordering this salad again. I also appreciated that the “best by” date was a week away.

For a quick meal, this is perfect. It has your vegetables (fiber) and protein. It'sgreat for "on the go". It contains everything except for a napkin. It has a fork and salad dressing if needed. I don't care for the bacon that comes with salad. Chicken and cheese are shredded. It's quick, easy, and affordable. Lettuce, at times, could be better. A lot of end pieces.

The actual lettuce doesn't hold up in the refrigerator very long. Will not usually last 5 days if I buy for the work week. I cut back on buying so many due to that reason. Wish they had more selections like the marketside smaller salads. It does make a good quick lunch rather than buying or eating fast food.

I purchased this salad for a quick lunch, but it did not meet my expectations. The portion size was decent, and I liked having the chicken and toppings packaged together. Unfortunately, some of the lettuce was already wilted, and the chicken tasted a little dry. The ingredients also did not taste as fresh as I expected for a prepared salad. It works in a pinch, but the quality was too inconsistent for the price. I would choose a different salad next time.
