It's better than a frozen pizza, and better than most chains. Probably the best you'll be able to get that's not from a good, small, local pizza place, that's for sure. The cheese melts nicely, and the blend works well. You can't go wrong with regular marinara, of course. The crust is good, it doesn't get all soft or soggy like some pizzas do, but it also isn't rock hard, a good middle ground. It's not that greasy, either, so that's a plus. It tastes wonderful, and goes well with water, soda, or a spot of tea. It costs a bit more than your average frozen pizza, but that's reflective of the quality of it. Doesn't take too long to heat up, and is a good meal.
The price is simply unbeatable and it does not contain cheap dough ingredient such as dough conditioner and L-cysteine. The crust isn't extremely large and inedible if your tummy has expanded too much from eating the pizza slices. I can only recall less than a handful where I could not eat the crust. My one gripe is because of the low price and limit of 5 cheeses it isn't enough for me at times. So I purchase additional cheese and turkey pepperoni to add to this pizza and there's enough of the product left over to apply onto another whole cheese pizza. I try to do a pizza every week to welcome the Sabbath before the sun goes down. The heating it lists is most of the time on point except when I had a strong air fryer only as my portable oven had broken down. I had to do trial and errors till I got the correct time and heat the taste was still great. Since I found this pizza I haven't needed to buy pizza from the top pizza makers not only saving me money in the long run but getting a great tasty pizza at lower the cost. I tried the extra large version but it is too much for me to handle. Medium is the right premium for me.
My religion (can be) a very personalized experience, particularly(to) be well-to-do (middle class)(in the states… that's GOOD) You get to laugh at others and be laughed at (not that fun, either) But the front row seat (whether for TV watching or seeing our own life return in living color (lingo of 70s talk meaning you get this second chance at winning (sort of), with a pizza.(I developed indoor baseball, yep, it's known as 3 and 4 way cribbage) Been trying to save money and make my own pizza, almost nothing beats the commercialization the big city of New York has done ON the pizza. I'm glad Youtube has been showcasing the world's ability to make: A pizza. I haven't gotten far in the category so I gave up and ordered a commercially made one, what a joy it is to have that “someone” made a TV dinner for me (again) I'm a sort of latch key kid (if you know the expression) ham sands are my specialty. But thanks, great commercial pizza, whether as a front row seat for sports, drama or even study. Pizza is difficult to beat. Yeah, commercially America (New York) never had it so good. Or Italy, for that matter.
The crust is fair, a little on the sweet vs yeasty side but not bad. It's tender with a dense texture. Be sure to check the middle if you prefer your pizza lightly browned. We like it that way so I cut it in half before baking, quarters for the extra large. That allows the middle to be fully baked and not pasty. There's plenty of cheese and it's a nice flavor, not too greasy. The sauce is also a bit on the sweet vs savory side and a little acid. It's not oversauced though. Overall we like it for a pizza fix without spending a small fortune for delivery.
It was overall pretty good. Crust was tasty though a bit doughy, plenty of cheese and good seasoning/flavor. Crust got stale really quickly though, leftovers were bagged up and put in the fridge but they were still hard as a rock the next day. Overall I'll probably just stick with frozen.
Very disappointing. Doesn't taste great with the cheeses selected. The Parmesan and such are just way too much of the flavor. Im not eating spaghetti. The crust is very bready like cheese sticks. NO cheese pull. I want a cheese pizza with enough melty cheese for a big cheese pull. This is just to cheap and poor quality for any even minor cheese pull. This is perhaps the biggest issue, just does not fill any cravings for a melty gooey cheesy pizza.
I used to recommend this pizza to people as a good canvas that they could doctor up with their own extra ingredients. Especially for the price. Now, it's not great. In fact, it was rather disappointing. I'm not sure what happened, but the flavor/quality has definitely gone down.
For a "fresh" non-frozen Pizza, this is awful. Really 1.5 stars. The crust was tasteless and hard. The sauce was bland and the cheese amount was lacking. The flavor, non-existent. Do not waste your money. The "meat" version of this was a similar and more expensive disappointment.
The pizza was excellent on taste and money value - BUT - it is made with GMO; bio-engineered food product (BEFP). 1. Out body cells cannot handle BEFP (GMO's); in Texas, we have enough agricultural foods i.e. corn, flour, etc. and so does that rest of our country that we do NOT need to do BEFP 's into our food system. Remember, YOUR children are eating this stuff also. If Whole Foods Market can sell pizzas wthOUT BEFP, then - you can do that also.
Absolute Garbage. It's some of the worst pizza I've ever eaten. If you're going cheap, you might as well just get Little Ceasars hot and ready, because it costs the same, tastes better, and it's already made. So you dont need to waste time and electricity/gas.
