I like the Marketside bagels better than the frozen or refrigerated bagels. They feel and taste more like real deli bagels. I usually buy the Asiago Cheese variety and slather them with a flavored cream cheese. Sometimes toasted sometimes not. Bagels are a splurge item for me. I'd much rather have a bagel than a donut!

Flavor and Size are just right!

Terri April 8, 2026

One of my favorite flavors is the Asiago cheese. It's not a strong flavor, it's mild, but still flavorful. They are great toasted or a quick warming in the microwave. A little larger than regular bagels so plenty of room to spread your favorite topping (cream cheese, jelly, butter). They do not however, come pre-cut. So be prepared to cut them in half for the toaster. Not sure why, most bagels do come pre-cut. I would still recommend you give them a try, especially if you like cheese.

Great Flavor and Always Fresh

anonymous July 2, 2026

These are easily my favorite store-bought bagels. Every pack I've bought has been fresh and soft, and they have a really good amount of Asiago cheese on top. They're delicious toasted with cream cheese, but they also make amazing breakfast sandwiches. I keep coming back to these because they're consistently good every time.

Get these

10/10 recommend. Best bouncy texture with crunch on top from the cheese. From toasting it with cream cheese to making panini style sandwiches. They tasted amazing and texture was awesome

Big bagels, fresh, lots of asiago flavor! Try them with jalapeno cream cheese or smoked salmon cream cheese. They stay fresh in the fridge for a good while. Excellent bargain!!

Pretty good Asiago bagel

Mom February 11, 2026

These Asiago bagels are pretty good. Not the texture they used to be, and they don’t have all the Asiago cheese on top and bottom like they used to. However, they are still pretty good. Very filling. Great toasted with a fried or scrambled egg.

Market side fresh Asiago Bagels

LP May 11, 2026

I wish the bakery would of sliced the bagels before selling. Very hard to cut into a slice without ripping the bagel up. Taste- good. Texture- half soft, half hard but still good. It tastes like it has a cheddar cheese flavor, but It does not taste like cream cheese.

OK bagels.

Peggy May 12, 2026

Nice size bagels. Cheese flavor was good. Good taste, but no way are they New York Style! I don't usually buy bagels, I make my own, but these sounded good. That's it. Just good. Won't buy them again. I did put them in a ziplock bag, but they only stayed fresh one day.

Great tasting but also be careful with allergies

Theresa February 8, 2026

There were cross-contamination issues with garlic. I'm terribly allergic to garlic. As soon as I take a bite into it my tongue and my mouth swelled. I called and let customer service know and they said they would relay the message to the bakery. These really are great bagels when they're not contaminated with something that's not supposed to be in them. Due to the issue that I had with the cross-contamination I will not be buying this item again.
