I love that's already washed and ready to eat straight out the package. I'll still rinse them off because I'm extra cautious. I don't mind paying a premium from time to time to have a healthy snack or meal. 32 oz of unsalted canned French green beans is still vastly cheaper and stays "fresh" longer. Whatever your pref is.
These are great if you eat them within 24-48 hours but they never last beyond that. They start molding very quickly. They always go bad before the sell by date.
The wrong size was sent. Your picker selected 2-12 ounce bags which is 24 ounces still charged me the price of the 32oz Secondly, the beans in one of the are mostly rotten and squishy. Walmart needs to do a better job training their pickers, making sure they can read the labels. And look carefully for damaged over ripe product. 2stars for getting me 12 oz of decent green beans.
Poor quality control. It’s hit or miss. Some bags have many rotten green beans . Beans get slimy after a few days. Other bags are perfect and last 6 days.
While 90 to 99% of the product is prepped ok (typically) and I usually clean the green beans up more to my liking but this is not acceptable. I had two separate leaves and several stems. One stem was almost the length of my hand and leaf the size of my palm. Please tell me who is “ready to eat”this part of the green bean? Please do better!
As a customer and a stock holder - Do Better. Pick and train better delivery people! Green beans were “sell by” the day I ordered and had mold. I shop in store when I can and I know Walmart has good produce. This was just someone not caring about their job.
Over half of these supposedly fresh green beans were bad and when I opened the bag today, Monday the 30th they were all slimy the date I ordered them was the 27th and they were delivered on the 27th but the date to used by was the 27th what is up with the green beans?
These green beans taste so terrible/strange lately, even my dog won’t eat them and he eats everything. No kidding. He used to spit them out. Now, he puts his teeth into them to check them and won’t even pick them up. Shame on me for giving them a third try.
These are supposed to be ready to eat. Only if you like eating stems and strings. It took me about a half an hour to clean these beans and get them ready to be eaten. This is what I had to remove from the beans before they were edible. I weighed it. It was 2.2 ounces so I did not get 32 ounces of beans I only got roughly 30.
I received green beans pass the best if used by date which is May 15, 2026. The green beans are slimy and do not smell fresh now I have to find another vegetable to go along with my meal for the evening not to mention I prepped extra meat for the green beans and now I can't use it.
