Look, I don't like Spicy nor Hot Foods, but for some reason I kept wanting to try these. I know I can handle a few Jalapeños foods, so I thought I could with this, too. I'm so glad I bought them! ..not only was I right, but they were good, too. I put the Cranberry Chicken Salad that Wal-Mart has on them when I ate them.. I loved it, and wanted more! They even have little pieces/chunks of Jalapeños on top; they kept falling off, but I picked them up and put them back onto the sandwich. I plan on buying them, again, one day.
OMG, I am hooked on these bagels! The jalapeno is perfect, not burn your face off hot, just a little bite to it . Put it like this, I would give it to a young kid and not be afraid of the heat. The cheddar goes perfect with the pepper, then when you toast it and the cheese gets all toasty and crispy -YUM. They're also soft and fresh inside.
My granddaughter told me that she found a bagel as good as New York bagels . They were a Walmart market side, jalapeño cheddar bagels. I immediately ordered them and found that to be absolutely true. They are delicious. I went ahead and tried everything and the asiago cheese. …. Found them to be just as delicious. I absolutely love them.
Best bagel i've had in a while, they're a little more expensive than a lot of the brands but they're definitely well worth it very tasty great for sandwiches or with cream cheese on it for a snack. not sliced so you can slice it anyway you want. Definitely should be a pantry staple.
These are really good. Nice little kick from the jalapeño without being too much, and the cheddar actually adds good flavor instead of just being there. They toast up well and hold up for sandwiches or just with cream cheese. It is a good change from plain bagels and they actually feel worth grabbing again. I would definitely buy these again.
I would expect a huge item like that to be at least cut in half. It was very difficult to manage that chore because of its size. It also was not very chewy like bagels. More like bread. The taste was average OK. The cheese topping was OK I guess. I prefer bagels like cinnamon or raisins inside. It's just me.🥯
Though the best by date is 5 days out, these were almost rock hard. I was looking forward to a nice soft bagel. Toasting them softened them up. Barely any jalapeños and couldn't taste them. The bagels had an odd taste. I would get the jalapeño cheese bagels I like so much better from another grocer.
Hopefully the person who picked this item for the next customer looks at the used and best used by the date it it about to expire. I received this item on the day of if best used by the date of my purchase. These were stale. Not fresh. I was disappointed.
I was so excited to be able to try these jalapeño cheddar bagels. But was greatly disappointed. These were extremely dry. They seem to be very old. I checked the expiration date and all was fine. They had more of a texture of bread and not a bagel. I don't believe we will try this brand again.
I didn't enjoy these bagels at all. From the first overly chewy, tasteless bite, I regretted my purchase! There was no flavor of jalepeno or cheese like I had expected. I managed to eat a portion of it, but ended up tossing what was left and all the others into the trash.
