got several in the bunch for a fair price but unfortunately they are in such bad shape cant eat them...everyone one of them is very mushy plus big black bad spots( one at neck of stem is oozing rotten juice. YUCK) ....I had hoped this sort of thing was temporary ( my local store used to be so reliable with produce selection on pick up orders that I didnt think twice about adding them. But there must be a new batch of employees and these pickers keep giving poor quality lately)
I received the bananas two weeks ago today and they were bright green. They are still bright green today, although lighter than when I received them, and the stems are starting to turn black. I am planning to throw them away because clearly they are not going to ripen.
These organic bananas were not first quality, fresh bananas. Clearly the person that picked them did not care what went out to the customer. I’m glad they were not green. They are however overripe and decaying. I’ll be glad to share a short video of what I received.
I ordered TWO bundles of bananas as this specific banana comes in a bunch and instead they gave me two single bananas. If I wanted two single bananas I would’ve picked the other option of bananas that don’t come in a bunch. With a $200 order of groceries why would anyone in their right mind think I just wanted TWO freaking bananas!? Terrible. Also to mention they are small and half green.
Just received from pickup order today. All stems are green and all flesh are bruised and mushy. Most likely frozen and thawed out. Please teach your staff to pick fruit and vegetables appropriately. If they are spoiled best to be honest and not provide them at all than to give us spoiled fruit and hope we keep them, toss them and/or don’t say anything.
I have never had good luck with having bananas delivered. When you order regular bananas, you order by piece. Usually they come separated and some are green, some are brown already. This time, i ordered the organic bunch of bananas. They were worse! Brown and squishy. I won't be ordering bananas again from Walmart delivery.
The bananas are disgusting. Half the banana is rotten every banana is so much so that you can’t even pull it out of the peel. It’s black and mushy. It’s the second bunch I bought and it’s the same thing so I will be buying my banana bananas elsewhere.
It literally says a bunch of bananas. Not 1. I received 1 banana. So much for banana pudding. This always happens. I always make sure to check and make sure I am selecting the bunch and not a single banana, yet, without fail, I only get one. But if I put more than 1 for the quantity, I’ll get 3 bunches of bananas.
I asked for a bunch of bananas. They gave me one banana. They started off saying they had three I said well I need more than three. They said OK and they give one. So you have no drivers that speak English what’s going on how they can work with and don’t know how to speak English.
Just received delivery of organic bananas they are too ripe with brown spots where the sugar has begun crystallizing. This seems to have become status quo. Because the ones I received in last order prior today was the same I let it go. But can’t ignore any more
