Marketside Fresh Shredded Iceberg Lettuce, 16 oz Bag

I bought a couple of these for an outdoor event that required cooking. I completely forgot about them and 5 days later pulled them out of the bottom of your cooler. they were not only still fresh looking, but crunchy and good in my roast beef sandwich. they were unopened.

this is actually shredded unlike every other place I have gotten shredded lettuce. ive gone to multiple other places for shredded lettuce and its barely chopped let alone shredded and its good at Walmart to because they use the green part to shred not the white rock hard big chunks its a great product especially for the cost.

I bought this item for Taco night and it worked well. I placed the remaining lettuce in a plastic container and it remained fresh for a week. Before I left it in the bag and within a couple of days the lettuce was brown. I was able to have multiple uses out of this one bag of shredded lettuce. It was a great buy that is now a staple in my fridge.

Initially I was given a pkg of this lettuce by a friend and did not want it. After using it, because I had to at that time, I found I REALLY was happy with it. I order it time after time now for the freshness, convenience and flavor enhancement of food used with.

This lettuce tastes great and it is great for tacos or on sandwich buns or bread. It has a lot of crunch to it and it gives the sandwich a better taste. I also recommend it for taco salads and other types of salads. Works great for those. I would recommend this to others.

Unfortunately, I would love to give this product the best review because I feel that when it went on the shelf in the store or warehouse it was in tip top shape. But it appears that somewhere along the way Eiter the shopper or the Stock people don't look at the condition of the produce or Exp date %26 just through it into the order. I keep getting outdated %26 or mushy runny going bad shredded Lettice

This was already just starting to turn brown %26 a little slick %26 nasty‼️😳 You need to check your fridges plus notice if people's groceries are being left out in the hot too long before delivered. Last driver mentioned the groceries were sitting out there waiting for him. Who knows how long! %26 the problem too, is it was 90-some degrees outside! Do NOT roll those groceries out of absolute refrigeration %26 freezing for frozen until that driver texts you that he's outside %26 waiting. THEN'S when you take them out %26 not a minute sooner, as a lot of my fridge %26 freezer items lately have been delivered swollen from heat which produces bacteria😳‼️ %26 stuff is sweaty %26 gotten WARM already😡‼️ Now this has happened over %26 over but I tried not to say anything but seriously‼️This has been ruining a lot of my stuff! So while the weather is hot, 🛑 STOP it‼️ Stop taking our stuff out of fridge %26 frozen too soon!!!!! Give this message up the line where something will get done! Ty 😡‼️

items selected were not vacuum packed for the date they are to remain fresh. need to pick the tightest packed items. I only shop once a month. this is salad I count on for several days and i am going to have to hurry to eat so that I don't waste money

The best by date on this bag of lettuce was 5-11-26 today is the 15th. The lettuce is noticeably moldy and looks awful. This is not acceptable. I'd like to be credited for this item. I'll by my produce somewhere else from now on. Not the first time this has happened. First time I've reported it.

So disappointed when i was putting away my grocery pick up order. The shredded lettuce I received has already gone bad. It full of discolored lettuce with a pink hue such as when lettuce has already gone bad! Records indicate I picked up this order at 3:09 pm. I am writing this at 3:46 pm after a 30 min drive to get home! So diappointing that the shoppers don't pick out great produce for a customer and instead give them the rotten stuff!
