These are perfect Sugar Snap Peas because they are so crisp and sweet! They are great boiled for 3 to 4 minutes or microwaved. The cooking methods are on the bag! You can also eat these right out of the bag! Affordable price for sweet crisp snap peas! I am a repeat buyer of these peas!
These sugar snap peas are always fresh, tender and sweet. I have to say, I purchased them weekly for 2 years at the other stores. However, I am now ordering them at least once a week on my delivery order from Walmart because they are fresher and a better quality
My doctor suggested I lose a few pounds, so I’ve been stocking up on only healthy foods. My problem is, I love to snack and watch movies! I discovered these Sugar Snap peas and love them! The peas are fresh, crispy and sweet, so they are perfect for snacks! I highly recommend these to others.
It was pouring rain this afternoon when I picked up my groceries. The young gal who brought my items was so very good. Very efficient in loading. Very polite also. Never a word about the inclement weather she was working in. Thank you very much to her for her service today.
These are so good!! I washed them and pulled off any strings and I dipped them raw, in my salsa dip mix and they were great. Yes they have a few “strings” people, that is a normal thing that beans have. Just pull them off. I can't wait to steam them and use for a meal too. It's a crunchy sweet unique snack that I believe may be underrated and a lot of people don't know about. I'm ordering 3 more bags. Only downfall is I wish they were organic. I'm going to use them in a soup also.
I was apprehensive about ordering bagged sugar snap peas because my previous experience with them at other stores is sad. Half moldy and slimy. Since switching to Walmart our peas are picture perfect! Excellent for a delicious snack with some veggie ranch dip!
Its hard for me to give Walmarts produce a higher score. They do not take their older produce out of the case and leave the yellow discolored peas. When I receive produce that's out of date or turning bad I call customer service and get a refund when I order online. The pickers who pick the produce do not care and just get the old produce. They need more training in customer services.
I have consistently received old produce. The snap peas are always in bad shape (usually the day of the grocery delivery is the same as the sell by date, though once the date was past) and I toss them in the trash. When I tried to request a refund I was told I needed to bring them back to the store.
Come on Walmart- do better. Thought I would take a chance for the several hundred reviews that left at 3.3 stars total and all of the other reviewers who showed the same disgusting pictures. I just figured it might’ve been a regional thing - apparently not. And then to return these they want me to keep these in my refrigerator and then haul them back to the store for the once every 12 weeks I go in person….hmmmm If it came by home delivery it should go back by delivery, or better yet, let us submit photo proof with date on package as evidence and refund accordingly.
I have been trying to rejoin Walmart for a year. It says it is unavailable to me. This has cost me roughly $200 in delivery fees. This stems from an incident in which a third party delivery driver threatened me, demanded money and then retaliated against me. Walmart uses third party drivers and does not take responsibility for their actions. Very dissatisfied.
