Delicious not overly salty hot dogs. Not as greasy as Nathan's but the same size and flavor as Nathan's used to be. It's insane that after 23 years of consuming Nathan's hotdogs Walmart has actually come out on top. Nathan's let corporate greed ruin their product. Walmart stepped up and filled that roll awesomely. A little bit pricier but worth the money. At least you can enjoy your food without shrinkflation like Nathan's hotdogs making it feel like the Great Depression and ruining the taste with your wallet hurting and wishing for a little more substance. I give these an A this is the only reason I am leaving such an in depth review of the product. Don't y'all dare add more fat to this recipe, leave it just as is. It's not broke. Don't fix it it's perfectly delicious the way it is. Thank you for listening to my rant about hot dogs
My husband only prefers angus beef hotdogs and this is the one of his choice. My son likes the all chicken hotdogs but sometimes the one with cheese in it. I've tried them all and enjoy them all but for this specific one it's husband wanted and approved in this house of a family of 3 adults.
This is a real Review by a Human. As far as Hot Dogs go and their ingredients, I picked these for their Angus Beef claim. Very tasty and not too salty. I enjoyed them enough to want to purchase again. Regular size, a little thin. No indigestion issues which is good for me. Being very cautious with hot dogs in general, I feel these are a bit better.
Excellent product for cookouts ... You get the benefit of (2) hotdogs in this one product. For an (already done) uncured dog, there aren't a lot of ingredients, nor a high sodium count. These hotdogs have a good flavor and texture to them. They swell when boiled and don't require additional condiments to dress them up. : ) Great to serve at any time of the day, even at breakfast cooking w/scrambled eggs and ketchup!!
I've bought these links several times, and my family always asks what kind they are! They love them. I used to buy other beef ones, and they are not as flavorful, or as good texture as the Market Place brand. I will continue buying them. price is great for 8 in the package!
We have been searching for a hotdog without nitrates and a lot of additives. This is it! I always bake my hotdogs in the oven to give the skin a snap. These were perfect! They actually had flavor!!! Which in my opinion is rare! We are so happy to find these!!
I think just about every product is overpriced 😴🤔. I'm getting tired of reviewing ridiculous costing items when the merchant refuses to stop gouging us. The "hot"dogs aren't hot. They're cold/refrigerated as you'd expect to keep from spoiling. They taste okay. they'll still make you fat but taste far better than the brand names.
Idid not care for these hotdogs. I don't have teeth and they were hard to bite through the skins. I slice both sides, just breaking the skin, add water to steam them, then drain and fry them. if the skins were easier to manage, I would have given 5 out of 5.
I thought about trying these for a long time before I actually did. I finally splurged and spent the little extra money to get these fancy hot dogs. I was not that impressed. They were a tiny bit dry and the way they changed while being cooked was a little unsightly. The tips would swell up but the centers wouldn't and it made them weird looking. They still tasted good and worked out fine for our dinner, but next time I will probably go back to Oscar Meyer.
I microwaved the hotdog for 3 minutes (as indicated on the front of the package). The hotdog exploded and came out hard like a rock almost like hotdog jerky. Inedible!!! DO NOT MICROWAVE these hotdogs as indicated on the packaging. Very disappointed Walmart!!!!!
