Marketside Ground Lamb, 80/20, 1 lb

The lamb has lots of flavor and does not lose a lot as the fat renters down. It actually maintains its volume. I made a spiced lamb meatball to serve with curried rice. They were absolutely delicious and I have shared them with others who loved them as well I would purchase this lamb again

This ground lamb is fresh and rich in flavor. Perfect for making kebabs, lamb burgers, or curries. The fat ratio is balanced, keeping dishes moist without being greasy. It cooks evenly and tastes authentic. A bit pricier than beef, but worth it for the quality and unique flavor.

since I found this lamb meat I don't even buy hamburger or ground chuck anymore. it's so lean there's no grease and The taste is unreal. I make hamburgers with it and lamb meatball subs. the price is incredible and the taste it's so good. I would definitely recommend these to anybody that wants to have a incredible lamb hamburger lamb meatball subs and lamb meatballs in spaghetti. the price is so incredible

Instead of the usual Beef or Beef %26 Pork meat, I use Lamb to make the dish called "Porcupines". My granddaughter loves this - sometimes it's in a dish with tomato sauce, or sometimes they're all by themselves and you can dip them into your favorite sauce such as Sweet %26 Sour, Duck Sauce, BBQ, etc.

excellent option. fresh, great quality for ground meat. made quite a bit for meals for a single 37F. i browned it in the pan and tossed it on top of baby spinach %26 gluten free pasta. perfect! there is quite a bit of fat which cooks off, but that's expected for lamb.

Lamb is a great choice for a pot pie (Shepard's Pie) or even to mix with Ground Angus for burgers... Delicious. And this product is fresh and tasty and doesn't break a budget.

It's great as a burger, to use with beef and pork in meatloaf or meatballs. I like to sauté sweet onions, then scramble the ground lamb and mix it with cooked, diced carrots. Season with salt, pepper, granulated garlic, and oregano. Drain the liquid into a small Pyrex bowl and let it sit in the fridge until the fat hardens. Skim the fat off and pour the broth back in. I mix it all together with some microwavable garlic-butter rice. You can add mint jelly to it and/or ketchup if you like, too!

This ground lamb is halal and a convenient option, especially since there are limited choices available at Walmart. The delivery was quick, which was a plus. However, the lamb had a very strong taste and smell, which may not suit everyone. Still, it's a decent product overall and I would recommend it for those looking for halal meat options at Walmart.

The meat itself is fine, it's halal, which is a plus point. But the price just keeps getting higher every time I place a new order.

this wasn't lamb like you'd expect like lamb chops this was mutton which is old lamb the package says lamb but when I cooked it it smelled like old shoes and it tasted the same I cooked the whole pound and ate part of it and threw the rest of it away I'll never buy that again I was very disappointed
