Marketside Hot Ground Italian Sausage, Pork, 1 lb (Fresh)

I would call this as being on the spicier side of the super market hot sausages. I am not saying that's a bad thing, it is obviously dependant on a person's taste, but from my experience this is on the hotter side of hot sausages I have picked up from super markets near me. I made velvita sausage dip with this and it warmed my chest. That doesn't bother me, but just trying to give a helpful review so you can make your own decision. I like it and it was a quality product for me.

my roommate was the one that got me hooked on this sausage because he got it one time a couple packs of it and then I was going to make some tater tot casserole and I ended up using this and Amber but I think this sausage has a much better flavor than hamburger but I like to make sausage burgers out of it and sandwiches or just break it up and cook it just like it is it's so good and it's a better value than the hamburger is it may not be as good for you but we all got to live a little bit life is too short to not be happy! this deserves a five out of five rating

the flavor was wonderful and while browning the sausage it didn't produce a bunch of fat/grease which is nice. Enough was produce to keep it from sticking to the pan.

It has a good taste. The sausage doesn't render a lot of fat. I mix it with Ground Beef, when cooking, to add to my Spaghetti. My family loves the taste.

Even though I do not care for hot stuff, this is good with eggs and grits. It seasons them and is very good. I like to cut it up and add either grits or eggs.

This is perfect for recipes that require ground sausage . Or making sausage patties for breakfast sandwiches. Squeezing sausage out of the skins is bravo Sierra.

Very very little grease. and no bone shards. I was pleasantly surprised at how this fresh sausage tasted. Great value. I did add some extra red pepper flakes and garlic as I like super bold flavors. Will buy again.

good flavorfull produ ct leaan to fat ratio a d spicing very good if you enjoy spicy. spicy is fairly spicy. if you do t like.spice.would recommend sweet or mediu. variety. i love the spice level

For cheap sausage it is not bad. I used it in my spaghetti sauce and could tell it was different from what I usually use but it's not bad at all. With the price break it is not a bad deal at all.

Walmart, please reduce the sodium. I had to switch to purchasing it from a different grocer just because of the sodium content. This one has a better flavor but it makes my ears ring 🤣
