The bowtie pastry is a great, Quick, and tasty breakfast alternative. Although I wouldn't recommend it as a snack because it is quite hardy. Sometimes I have found the product to be a little underbaked, but still edible. Walmart used to carry a cream cheese bowtie, but I can't find it anymore. I don't know why because it was better than the raspberry.
The Marketside Strawberry Cheese Bowtie Danish's are great tasting and have the perfect amount of filling to pastry ratio. They are convenient to eat since you don't have to cut them. They taste great warm! I highly recommend these as a snack or breakfast pastry.
I know quality when I see it, and I know quality when I taste it and these danish did not disappoint. Having a light delicate texture with just a little bit of filling for flavor. There's no sugar overload here. With a glass of cold milk or a hot cup of coffee they are perfect.
this was a delicious, soft moist piece of heaven dancing on my tongue. the flavors all came together nicely. the strawberry and cheese filling with the flaky buttery croissant like crust all tied together with a light icing dressing. totally impressive dessert. i brought my first batch today and had to share with mh twinboys.di i ofdered more with a delivery order.
These bowties were so good shout out to the bakery department! Darn, I forgot to put them on my shopping list. I might have to go back and check and see if I can still add on. they were definitely delicious. Just the right amount of cheese and filling couple 15 seconds in the microwave. So tasty great with a cup of coffee.
I absolutely love cheese Danish. I selected these as an alternate to the just cheese, and received these. While I wish there was a bit more cheese, the cheese and strawberry work well together. It' not gourmet or top-tier bakery, but as a sweet treat to go with my coffee, they were pretty good. I've bought them a couple times now and never disappointed.
I have bought these several times. This last time I was not happy. I probably should have called the store but I was so busy that morning I told myself to just let it go. I was upset because there was suppose to be 4 in the package. There was only 3.
This was a major disappointment. The pastry itself had little flavor and had a bit of a raw flour flavor like it had not been cooked enough (the texture didn't suggest that that was the problem, however). The filling was tasty enough but none of the pastries had more than a smattering of filling and one had practically none. Quality control was very poor and these definitely weren't worth the money -- they may not have been worth buying at any price.
the pastry is good but the dough is not completely cooked. and when I opened it and have you can see the dough is still raw. ugh. you same thing with the cheese ones. I tried putting it in the oven a little more but if they don't work right so I'm getting my refund back sorry guys
This is not a flakey crisp pastry. It does not look like the photo. It was pale and doughy like it wasn't cooked. Even after I heated it for 20 minutes at 350, it was doughy. I tossed it and won't buy this again.
