This is my favorite sliced cake at Walmart, its just right for a snack for one and portion control because o definitely would eat more if i had the whole thing. Just the right amount of lemon and not artificial tasting , its a thick slice with just the right amount of glaze. Sweet but not too sweet, great with milk or coffee, i spread Ben and Jerry's strawberry cheesecake ice cream on top mine dang it was goid

I love this individual wrapped bread. I stick them in my freezer. My only issue is they are very hard to get. In store or online. I'm lucky to get any at all when I shop weekly.

It seems Walmart is out of this alot. Might be where they were placing the cake slices? I got lucky and got my cake and I ate it too! I will buy again.

A very nice slice of lemon pond cake. Great presentation. Tasted very good and paired well with a cup of coffee. I'm sure it would pair just as well with a cup of tea or a glass of milk.

The cake has an abundance of lemon flavor and is absolutely delicious. It is moist and flavorful with just the perfect amount of icing. I treat myself to a slice each time I do a pickup order.

Price went up to $1.47 from $1.24. I love this flavor. I realize tariffs have increased prices on everything.

The marketside lemon pound cake taste really good. It has been almost five years since I last purchased these. I love this pound cake as a store baked, non-bakery, or homemade option. It is hands down one of the best lemon pound cakes that I have purchased in a supermarket. I would intentionally make a Walmart run specifically to purchase this cake. I was really disappointed in the size of the slice. It is about half the size that it was the last time I purchased it. I don't know if the price is the same, or if they decreased the price to reflect the size adjustment. I was really disappointed in the size of the slices. I was expecting the same size as before, and did not even recognize the pound cake in the bag (it was delivered). I thought they had sent the wrong item at first until I removed it from the bag. The cake was just as good as I remembered, I just wish that they had not changed the packaging or the size of the cake.

To each his own, but this cake is overpowering with lemon flavor to the point my jaws lock! Also, the amount of sugar in the frosting did not help; there was no balance for me to even like or show favor, even a little bit. Too much sugar in the frosting, so the name of the cake should be called lemon head candy. :-)
