We used to buy the Costco product that is just like this one… My daughter-in-law, my granddaughter and myself all did a side-by-side taste comparison, and all three of us said that Walmart product was for superior to the Costco version of this product. We eat it heated up with chips, I have thrown it in a beef and noodle casserole with mozzarella cheese on top, so good! We like to eat it cold straight out of the fridge with celery, sliced carrots, radishes, and I have even eaten it as a lettuce wrap. We love this product. I should do the subscribe because it's in every single one of my grocery purchases!
I love this dip. I usually dip celery in it. Its on my grocery list everytime I go to the store. Ive never had any of this dip go bad. It has always tasted fresh until I finished the container and started another. Which usually did not take long. I eat some everyday and never get tired of the simi-spicy flavor.
I hesitate to rave about this dip...it is already hard to find sometimes! It is SO good, hot or cold. I generally eat it cold, either on a good cracker or celery or baby tomatoes or spread on a sandwich I am making...yes...it is good on a sandwich too! It is THICK so it will need help with a little spoon or knife...try it, you won't be sorry...just leave some for me please!
I eat this way too often. lol I've tried other brands and they just don't compare to the flavor. I'm not even an artichoke fan, but I love this dip. My favorite thing to eat it with is the Everything Seasoning Great Value crackers. They are just firm enough to scoop it and not constantly break. The dip is the perfect amount of flavor/spice/texture. I tried putting on a hot sandwich once. It kinda turns to soup. lol My only complaints are minimal, every so often you'll find a “stick” or stem to pick out. You also need to commit to eating it within 3-4 days of opening it. When it expires it gets a pink tint to it. But fear not the container size is good even for one person. My kids can't handle the heat yet.
This dip is so good I drooled on my phone while writing the review. It's good hot or cold, with chips, crackers, pretzels, spread on a sandwich, and with cooked chicken added to it. I'm sure there are more ways to eat it, and I plan to find them all. I swear if this dip gets discontinued I'll die.
Both my husband and I love this dip. I've taken it to parties on numerous occasions and gotten rave reviews from others as well. Occasionally, there will be a woody artichoke stem in the dip, but normally it's perfect. It's not excessively hot but enough heat to make it just nice.
I tried this jalapeño and artichoke dip for the first time around Christmas. Let me say that I have never tried a “dip” that I would ever love and want so much. Lol The pieces of both jalapeño and artichoke are generous, but it's not too spicy. It's perfect, actually!! Buy some Ritz, Club, or whatever you like, and I hope you enjoy this delicious snack as much as I do! 🤩🤩🤩
I was looking for spinach artichoke dip but Walmart was out of stock that day. So. I went against my better judgement and settled for the product next to it which was the jalepeno artichoke dip. I'm so glad that I did. Its amazing and a cfrowd pleaser. I was concerned with the jalepeno being overpowering by offering to much heat but it didnt, it was really good.
Too expensive can't afford it anymore. Groceries are becoming so high that luxury items like this and other extraneous items will have to be eliminated due to inaffordability.. I just purchased 70 cans of beans two weeks ago from Albertsons all bush brand and a dollar a can. Quality is every consideration in this economy right now.
The texture is great. The dip is a good size, OK price. I love hot, and buy a lot of Jalapeño artichoke dip from ALDI, and love other Jalapeño dips, too. This one is just way too hot. All I can taste is Jalapeño. I bought some ranch to mix with it and it's edible. (I'm NOT a fan of ranch dip, but can't think of any other dip to mix it with that would taste OK.) If you love burning hot and want something that's almost straight Jalapeño, then it'll be great for you. But for people like me who aren't wimps and enjoy hot but not smoke coming out the nose, I don't recommend.
