If you got them before they were several days expired, I imagine they would be EXCELLENT. As a delivery customer, as with most "Fresh" items, it's up to your picker to choose the best one (or maybe they're required to take the oldest so it sells?). Because of their age, the coarse sugar that's supposed to be sprinkled on top to add texture had all melted away into the muffin tops, which also made the top parts a bit squidy in texture. The flavor was very good; there is actual lemon in them (which isn't always true in some store brands). They're filling and make a great little dessert. I wouldn't hesitate if you and picking them out yourself so can be choosey for the freshest.

These are delicious, we can never eat them all at a sitting, but they freeze really well, so having a fresh muffin mid week is a delight. Walmart bakery is amazing! Kudos to this department. These taste and smell lemony, just enough citrus. The topping is that extra part well worthy of a good bakery.

I am big lemon fan. These muffins are great for morning breakfast and good snack. They are not to sugar which is great because you get a good lemon taste. They stay fresh for about 4 to 5 days. So, it a good self life.

When you say “LEMON”, I really like to get a nice LEMON FLAVOR along with the sweet taste! These Muffins are wonderfully FRESH AS WELL!!!😊 These MEET ALL THE ABOVE!

All I want to say is, everything is just fine but I can't sit and write a review about the same items I purchased frequently. All is well and this is my response to every item I have bought.

Lemon muffins are absolutely delicious. I honestly hope that they continue to have these as it is my favorite. The taste is very lemony and refreshing. I absolutely love them.

I've ordered these lemon muffins several times. It is definitely the best muffins I've had. Not real lemony but still tastes great. There's a little sugar sprinkle on top to give it a little sweetness.

Absolutely love these lemon muffins. So flavorful, sugary crunch bits on the top, nice size, great price. I leave them in the freezer, when ready microwave for 30 seconds. Yum! Highly recommend

A little sticky like not completely cooked. Price better than Kroger. This week when I got my Danish out of the car it was up side down with icing sticking to the lid. Not good. Retrain loaders not to put sacks up side down. Some sacks weigh over 5-6 pounds. That is too much for senior citizens to carry easily.

The flavor was mild, the texture was dry. It did not have any Streusel crumbs on top. I did not enjoy it, nor did I feel it was worth the calories. I put one out to see if the birds or squirrels would eat it, but only ants were interested. They ended up in the trash.
