Delicious, versatile!
I love the taste and texture of Manchego cheese: with fruit as a snack, shredded on a salad, added to omelets, wrapped inside ham then that's tucked inside chicken breasts and cooked as a cordon bleu dish, it's awesome. I just wish it was easier to get since it's aged 6 months, it's hard to find sometimes.

Very surprised on how good the cheese was from Marketside. I will definitely purchase again and highly recommend.

I heard of this cheese so I wantrd to try it. It comes as a wedge. I like that because you know its not processed. The taste is mild but different from cheddar. I made a chèse sauce with garlic and grilled steak strips over pasta. Wow. I will get this again.

Interesting taste
This is the first time I tried manchego. It's not bad. A bit unique taste compared to cow milk cheese. The goat milk taste might be unusual to first time triers.
