EXCELLENT SHARP CHEESE
EXCELLENT MATURE AGED CHEDDAR CHEESE. IT DOESN'T HAVE THAT WAXY TEXTURE THAT I CAN'T STAND, IT HAS THAT NUTTY, SALTY FLAVOR THAT I LOVE. WHEN I FEEL LIKE SOMETHING SALTY, I GRAB A PIECE OF CHEESE INSTEAD OF A BAG OF CHIPS. IT'S A LOT HEALTHIER THAN CHIPS AND SATISFIES MY SALTY TOOTH. i LOVE USING IT ON TOP OF CASSEROLES EVEN SAUCES LIKE ALFREDO SAUCE.

best cheese I've ever had
the best cheese my mouth has ever enjoyed! I bought this to try for a snack with crackers and found a hidden gem! ended up just breaking off chunks to sit and eat with a sweet potato because the rich salty nutty flavor complimented the potato so well! it's so flavorful and wonderful if you want a great cheese I couldn't recommend a better one.

Bland --Tastes closer to consumer grade Mozzarella
It's perhaps not a one because it's not horrible, but it is not a sharp or aged cheddar taste at all, in fact it does not taste like cheddar it taste bland like mozzarella or a consumer grade Parmesan. Not really acceptable. Purchase at your own risk.

Too sharp
I tried this with high hopes that it would be a good and expensive substitute for kerrygold cheddar cheese but sadly, it was nothing even close to that and I really didn't like the flavor. It was way too sharp.
