Best breakfast eggs, scrambled or fried.

RGVShopper June 22, 2026

This eggs are the best for the price. They don't splatter everywhere like some other eggs when fried. The flavor is very good. They fluff up very well when scrambled. The size consistency is right on which makes the perfect for all recipes. The shells have a beautiful color and are strong which are perfect for using in crafts.

A Cost Savings Because They Don't Break

Customer May 28, 2026

With the high price of eggs, I could not afford the thin-shelled white eggs in the easily crushed foam cartons that never made it safely home from the store without 1-3 cracked shells. I discovered these wonderful brown eggs have much thicker shells, and the rigid plastic cartons protect them from being squeezed when handled. I get home with all 12 or 18 intact now! They end up costing less per carton because I don't have any waste. Wish I had discovered this years ago!

Non-organic eggs are very harmful; these are not

MsH June 9, 2026

As far as I know, it's impossible to find organic eggs elsewhere at this price level. I only feed my family organic animal products because low levels of antibiotics over time -- years and years, here in the USA -- are devastating to human health. This isn't commonly acknowledged but it will be one day, and will make the tobacco scandals look miniscule. Anyway, it's great to be find affordable organic eggs at a convenient place like Walmart.

more like fresh eggs from yard chickens

anonymous May 20, 2026

i grew up with fresh eggs and they were so delicious. the yok was deep yellow to orange. thats because we gave them all of our scraps. layung masg and let them out yhe pen to scratch which thats when they got to eat all kind of bugs ,worms etc. The white non organic are flavorless compared to these.

Always delicious! Fresh, firm deeply colored yolks! The whites of the egg are the perfect consistency for beating into batters or omelets! The Walmart price for 18 beautiful brown organic eggs from free range hens is less than for a dozen of the "name " brand and twice asmore delicious

The best eggs! Fresh with zero fishy taste!

anonymous July 22, 2026

These are honestly the most delicious eggs! Absolutely no weird or fishy smell/taste. They taste just like the farm-fresh eggs we used to have from our family farm back when I was a child. High quality and such a nostalgic, great taste. Highly recommend!

Fake orange yolks

Elizabeth October 26, 2025

These eggs are fine. Nothing special. One thing I did notice is that the yolks have an unnatural orange tinge. Not like real pastured eggs, like i buy from a friend who raises her chickens outdoors roaming free. Those local free range eggs have a golden yolk with a superior flavor. These Marketside eggs have ORANGE yolks, which if I’m guessing correctly, means the chickens have been fed high quantities of marigolds to enhance their yolk color unnaturally. Deceptive. Still, the eggs were fine. But I will always prefer farm fresh eggs.

Egg has a feather stuck on the shell

Karen June 21, 2026

I should rate this two stars. I've ordered these eggs many times without any issues and I like cage-free, organic eggs. I was grossed out upon opening the carton to see a feather stuck on one egg's outer shell. I could have washed it yet I chose to toss instead. Now, one other thing I find with cage-free large eggs is, in my opinion, the yolks are not what you'd consider large sized when comparing to large white eggs. These yolks, I'd say, meet the small size in white eggs. I will continue to buy based upon my preferences.

Concerns about brown eggs

Marilyn June 13, 2026

The prices have been good. The eggs vary from very thin shells to some that appear to have layers of shell to a smooth shell with better structure. I've been concerned about some specks in the albumin (near the yoke). The specks are very dark brown usually there are two and those are small (.3 mm?). I know a fertilized egg by sight. These are not fertilization specks.

Broken

Sandra May 1, 2026

There was nothing wrong with the eggs but with their delivery! This is my second time ordering them, the first time 5 eggs were broken or cracked. I got a refund. This time, 2 were broken I let it go out of laziness to get my phone to take a picture and send it. Please, take measures for this not to happen again!! Thanks.
