actually extra firm
I use this in place of chicken, and this actually breaks off into pieces without falling apart or disintegrating. Just drain, squeeze lightly, and pat dry before breaking and tossing in corn starch, then frying in oil. Makes a great chicken substitute! Be sure to add lots of salt and sauce

My favorite tofu
This is my favorite extra firm tofu. It has great substance. I pan fry with a bit of oil and eat with a mustard dip. Makes for a great snack or light meal.

Great Tofu
I particularly like this brand. With other brands, the extra firm tofu isn't nearly as firm as this one. This stays nicely together as it should. Highly recommended.

Good texture. Tastes fresh and healthy
I used this in a curry and in miso soup. Very easy to use and absorbs whatever flavors you add. Great protein source for vegetarians. It tastes fresh and has good texture.

I've tried every tofu out there i think, this is by far the best for texture and taste. holds up well and doesn't crumble apart when cooking.

Easy Prep, Nicely Textured

accidentally bought this, I usually get a different tofu, called super firm tofu but this was okay, softer and had some holes and air pockets. harder to fry than the super firm

Got a sour one. gone bad
expires in August, but very spoiled. It was awful, not that sweet mild taste but tart/sour. Got it through pickup so IDK if it was left out a long time or what.
