Good Fresh Lettuce Mix, Bad Snap n Peel Container

Priscilla October 2, 2025

This Organic Spring Mix is very fresh and good. The only downfall is the new Peel n Seal container does not seal well enough, so the lettuce does not last as long as it did with the snap close container and the lettuce now gets wilted and old very quickly.

I was happy to see this product when it fist came out. I don't eat red meat, mostly fish %26 veggies. often just a salad/soup or Salad %26 baked potato or combo. veggies. Howèver for about ayr. or so, I've found by the second day I find rotted pockets of salad half way down the container. This hapoens more often than not. After moving often over the past few yrs. that only Walmart has this probĺem the same concerning their Milk products their own brand will spoil after 2 days.

Excellent mix of greens. Contains raddishio, arugula, plus tender lettuces. No purple cabbage. (no cabbage in my salad). It has beet greens which I don't particularly care for. But they're not totally unfortunate for the taste. Needs to be eaten within two or three days. This type of produce goes down hill pretty quick. I do mix some romaine lettuce to add more crunch.

even though within freshness date, and i safely hadled moisture issues , layering between paper towels, LIMP AND SLIMEY TOO SOON... HOWEVER i order and reorder cuz, need in my daily intake of particular greens...i have had this same experience with fresh veg and friut since 2019...as i would shop in store ....%26 as i now in later years depend on delivery, it is just the way you store on-site or your selectipn of deluvery to your store.. its not just you. who has not regained quality after covid- its e erosion every to every part of living.

Mixed salad boxes or bags

Tracy April 2, 2026

I get delivery due to disability. Recently, I often cannot get a fresh salad picked for me. When these salads are fresh, they are wonderful. Lately, I keep receiving brown to black leaves and ones that are on there way out. I've called and left complaints for management many times. I'm still receiving less than fresh salads. I must eat salads, so I continue to have to take this risk. Yes, I've never had a problem getting a refund either on site or by calling, but I'm getting a bit tired of it to be fair. So, when salads are good, they are very nice....but people who need delivery take risks. This review is mostly to management.

Rotted salad greens.

Audrey February 19, 2026

There is evidence of rotted leaves on the bottom inside of container. A shopper should have turned the container over and looked at it . Had they done they would have viewed the rotted, decaying stuff at the bottom. This should not be okay to deliver to a customer. Had I been shopping in person I would NOT have purchased this item. It would be so nice if your shoppers took the same care. I ask for dates out as far as possible.

Bait and switch, bad Walmart

Kara May 12, 2024

Terrible!! I thought they sent the wrong item...the picture had lettuces. Ingredients on box list a variety of nicer lettuces and greens but do NOT list spinach (it says "ingredients may vary") I took that to mean the amount of each could be higher or lower, depending on season or crop, etc. Nope! This is straight up a box of baby spinach leaves - almost nothing else in there, and I specifically shopped for a non-spinach mix. Shameful to be deceived by Walmart. It makes me want to cancel my Walmart plus if I can't trust what they will bring.

Wilted salad mix

Kema October 31, 2025

I gave this salad mix one star if I could've just said zero I would have because whatever picker chose that for me didn't look at the product. It was wilted and wet, and some of the packaging had started turning green around the rim. They should've never put that in my cart I will be returning it for a refund and I also took pictures of it.

This is supposed to be a spring mix of baby green lettuces HOWEVER, i stopped buying it a few months ago, and just bought it this past week cause its been repackaged and I HOPED that walmart made it better, but they haven't. THE PROBLEM is that it's 95-98% of the same exact lettuce and not a MIX that it CLAIMS to be. I'd pay more, if walmart can get this corrected. Please do :)

there were several leaves stuck to the top of the clear packaging, which were obviously extremely wilted and gone bad. there was also someone the bottom of the packaging as well. shoppers need to learn how to pick out produce that people will want rather than having to return it the next day because it's not edible. sure there's a few leaves if I open it up, but then I only get part of the package of what I ordered. so I'll just take the entire thing back. definitely not impressed!
