Ii’ve mentioned the meat products being packed with other products that should not have been with meat. This is happened twice. Once chicken was packed with butter and it wet the butter package. I think it should be really stressed, trained and emphasized about the safety rules from the contamination of meats being transferred to products that are non cooked items.
VERY HIGH QUALITY! I usually get the store brand in the tube 93% lean. Although this says it’s the same % of fat, it looks and tastes leaner, which I prefer. As far as I can tell, the only drawback is that price is almost a dollar higher per pound. That’s okay with me tho, cuz we are gradually cutting back on our meat consumption.😉
Nice fresh grass fed beef. (partially or exclusively grass fed, I don't know) I avoided this for many years because the packaging makes them look sorta dark/brown. Didn't look fresh. But once opened, they're nice and red, fresh looking. Kinda expensive but everything is now days. Especially beef right now.
I was pleasantly surprised that Walmart offered a quality ground beef option. I can't eat normal beef because it feels as if it just sits on my chest therefore I always purchase the organic version. Once I prepared this brand I had no adverse reactions so I will definitely purchase again.
I can't believe what a difference in taste there is between regular ground beef and grass fed beef. I use this in making hamburgers, mainly and the result is flavorful, tender and yummy burgers. In retrospect, my previous burgers were a bit bland and rubbery. Now I'm proud to serve these to company… with all the fixings of course.
Organic grass fed is the only kind of ground beef that I buy. I think the way the animals are treated makes a big difference in the quality and taste. I've bought it from a different store and the taste was a little better but this was still much better than regular ground beef.
Item was out of day when ordered and picked up. This is the 2nd item in a week that was poor quality. Last week it was bruised organic bananas that I paid extra for hoping the quality would be better. If I continue to have to go back to the store because the cupboard is bare from not receiving the items I need in edible condition, I will have to start getting my groceries from another source.
This has a date of 2/24, I went to cook it today 2/15 and it was bad. It was properly refrigerated and I buy this all the time. I had to throw it out. I am disabled and this was my dinner for the next 3 days. I feel you owe me a refund. this meat is expensive.
Definitely prefer the Walmart Hamburger Meat to this Organic brand. This is Bland. Tasteless. Gritty. Sometimes has a scent or taste of bleach or vinegar. I like most Organic foods. But this is not one of them. I do not care if it is healthier. If it does not taste good I will not enjoy it. Give me a thumbs up if this helped. :)
I buy the lean 93-7%. It cooks and looks like it’s 85-15%. The weight is never even close to what the label says. This is actually criminal and Walmart should fix it asap.
