I like to keep a few of these pizzas in the freezer. They're cheaper than buying Frozen pizzas. When I'm ready to cook them, I thaw them out in the fridge first. They cook quickly and taste great. I usually like to make most of our food from scratch, but there are those days when things get hectic and it's good to have some of these pizzas to fall back on.
We personally really like these pizzas. I just can’t seem to get down the perfect way to cook it. Because they’re so large, they overlap a traditional pizza pan. If I let it be that way, the crust seems to get too dark on the bottom. If I place some foil underneath, the crust doesn’t seem to get to a nice crispy crust. Any tips on cooking it would be great! That aside, we still like the taste of them and will be purchasing more. Also, they’re a great size for the cost.
This pizza tastes better than the frozen options, but the caveat is that you're expected to cook it very soon after getting it. I enjoy adding toppings like bacon, and because the pizza is affordable, adding extras doesn't make it more expensive than frozen. The retail box also opens like a commercial pizza box, and that is awesome in itself.
THIS IS A GREAT PIZZA AND GREAT FOR FAMILY OF 4, OR KIDS OF 8. ON THIS ONE, IF YOU KNOW ABOUT PIZZA HUT, THEY PIE SHAPE THEIR CUTS, AND JOHNNYS STRAIGHT CUTS THEIRS. SO, ON THIS PIZZA, I CUT IT STRAIGHT ON HALF OF IT, AND PIE CUT IT ON ONE HALF. BUT LISTEN, IF YOU WANT AN EVEN BETTER PIZZA, BUY SOME PEPPERONI TO ADD TO THIS PIZZA AND BUY SOME TID BIT PINEAPPLE. NO JUICE JUST THE TIDBITS ALL OVER THE PIZZA. IT IS GREAT. 400 DEGREES FOR 15 MINUTES AND ITS TIME TO EAT.
Are they great? Not by a long shot. Can you make them better? Sure, you can "zoop" them up a bit. Are they a great value for the money? Well, that's where they always get you. It's a lot of pizza for the price and they don't take long to cook. Big pizza for a small budget.
This is an amazing piece of chemistry. How they could take these ingredients and when cooked combined, come out flavorless, is a marvel of science. It actually ended up tasting better cold. Astonishing. It serves well as a base pizza to make additions to, but if you need to spruce up a take and bake you might as well just spruce up 2 frozen pizzas for less or the same price, and they'll taste better. 🤷♂️
These pizzas are huge and are good for parties sleep over ect.. Butttttt.. in my opinion not for me because im a big back and flavor is important. This had very little flavor in my opinion said to be in marinara sauce that had no flavor usually pepperoni have that season taste with a lil bit of spice..no butter garlic taste on it the crust. No bell pepper onion tomato taste just taste less and bland they were better tasting years ago
No one in my family liked this. It had a very overwhelming basil flavor. My picky 9 year old said the “leaves” on the pizza were disgusting. We’ve had this pizza before and never noticed basil at all, so I don’t know if this was a quality control issue, or they changed their recipe. Either way, it was a waste of money, dinner was a flop, and we won’t be ordering this again.
I ate 3 slices from this extra large pizza and among the 3 slices there were only 2 or 3 pepperoni's. Not 2 or 3 per slice, only 2 or 3 total. I could not taste any cheese either, only the sauce, that had the consistency of tomato paste with a bland flavor. Really bad.
Ruined my night, maybe even my week. Sauce was like straight tomato paste, cheese was rubbery and pepperoni had no flavor. The only thing good about it was the crust. I wish I had just bought it and then scraped off all the toppings and put my own stuff on top. If you're just trying to feed your hole and get full then go ahead and buy but be warned.
