Unfortunately it can't be shipped but available on delivery. Still the best out there. I must get 25 regained lbs. off. Easy peasy with lots of salad and I know it will work as I had previously lost 127 lbs. Add all your favorite dressings and toppings and enjoy an exceptional salad or salad meal. One of the best products that Walmart coast to Coast carries and I'm from Florida and moved in the new year. Same delicious taste and quality.
I have good luck in purchasing produce through the Walmart program. There are times, however, when there are "misses" in the quality...but, it doesn't happen very often. No problem! Walmart will take care of the problem by replacing it or giving a quick refund immediately. GREAT
In my opinion, this is the way to go for making salads for one person. Buying a whole head of lettuce always leads to waste for me, but this package guarantees no waste. The blend has always satisfied me with its crispness and crunch. Having a bag of this in the fridge makes it easy and quick for me to snack on healthy food. It is all pre-cut, so I can always grab a little bit to garnish my chicken sandwich.
This can be a good product, if you're shopping for yourself. But too often if you're doing an online grocery pickup, this is one of those items that seems to be used to get rid of older items for the pickup people. If you get one that's fresh, they're good. Great for a quick salad at home. But as often as not you end up with one that's not fresh, dark, slimy. So I no longer pick this as an item if I'm doing an online grocery pickup.
Apparently, these are no longer coming in airtight packages, and therefore they are not lasting until their expiration date. The last 3 to 4 packages I've ordered are filled with air and only stay fresh for about 24 hours upon opening and then turn brown. Which is why I gave it three stars because when it's fresh, it's good but I do not eat a full bag in one day and like to split it up over my work week.
I have ordered this mix many times. The freshness is really hit %26 miss. Admitedly, I got it viapick up, so I didn't select the bag. That said, I opened the bag a day after the purchase. Much of the lettuce was soft or brown. There were days left before experation. Considering the cost, I really feel like this shouldn't happen so often. The mix is good when I get a fresh bag.
It would be better if the shoppers would pay more attention to dates and the over all appearance of the produce! Very tired of getting any produce that is brown or just plain not appealing to look at! Can’t trust the shoppers so just been making the trip into the store to purchase my produce!
The sell by date was for4 days from purchase date but was delivered and obviously the shopper did not look at the purchase as it was obvious from the outside of the package this lettuce was ruined. And it ruined my dinner plans!!! Walmart did give a refund but that did not help the situation at the time.
Ive tried ordering this salad mix a couple times with my grocery orders. Its nwver vacuum sealed, and lettuce is rusted, and/or wilted. Even when i have bought it in the store, I spend most of my shopping time looking through to find one that is worth buying. Walmart is a grocery store not a Misfits market...groceries should be fresh!
The bag of salad mix was not good . On sight you could tell it was no good. The bag was inflated to its fullest amount . That is another sign that it was not good. Along with the rotten lettuce in the bottom of the bag . This bag of salad mix should not have been where anyone (shopper) could pick it up and put it in their groceries .
