Excellent job of the person who picked my 3 bags of lettuce! . As I buy multiple bags to last me all week, THIS AWESOME PERSON chose dates that gives me 9/10 days to eat 3 bags…… absolutely perfect…. Thank you!!!!!! Hope you are the picker for my next order of lettuce!!!!
This this salad in the Romaine salad is so good but you have to use all lettuce no matter what from Walmart in the bags you have to use them fairly quickly because they go brown and limp so if you're gonna use us, use it in the first 2 days or so thank you
they always pick the bag closest to the date. the bag I received today is actually dated Best buy today. I would much rather have my salad with a further out sell by date I make large salads and keep them in the refrigerator and we eat on them for about 3 days . with such close dates I know the salad will not last for 3 days so it's kind of a waste of money, and I believe I will start buying my salad mix at food Lion
It was on a delivery order and the bag was puffed up like it got too warm. Lettuce was wilted and soft. I had to throw it out. I think it was picked out too far ahead of the delivery time. I took items inside before delivery driver left the front of house. Will not trust you to pick up produce items anymore
ordered a grocery pickup and this is the lettuce they thought was acceptable to sell to me. I reached out for help and they want me to drive back to the Walmart 20 miles away and return it for my $2.97 refund. at the end of the conversation, they said they will refund without the return... so I guess we will see what happens. it's disturbing that this was sold to me in the first place. it's rotten. throw it away.
Salad was not fresh at all and had to be thrown away. I am on my way to ask for a refund. The worst part is I didn't get salad. I don't go in store shopping anymore and rely on the delivery of my groceries. Produce is not the best when it comes to Wal-Mart - do better.
It was so wilted and brown that I had to throw it out. I couldn't bring it back because I didn't have a car. Just let your people know when they pick out produce to check it as if they are buying it for themselves. That's why I don't like ordering produce for pickup.
Two bags of my lettuce which o order at least 6 to 8 a week were brown. This is before package was opened. Just ordered on 9/19. Also my whole bunch of bananas brown and can’t even eat. I order hundreds of dollars a month in groceries. I expect better value. You need to have people picking out items educated on what is not good.
I've always enjoyed the romaine salad mix until the one I bought on 08/07/2025. I found a bug in the salad mix and took photos of it. The discovery is a products liability matter and complete breach of the implied warranty of fitness for ordinary use of the salad mix, as well as a failure to comply with health and safety requirements. The customer service rep I chatted with took it upon herself to try to resolve the matter by issuing a refund and discount promo code that I did not agree to. The refund and discount were totally inappropriate and inadequate to deal with what occurred. I asked to speak with a manager/supervisor, which never occurred. In addition, I asked about how to contact corporate about the matter and she gave me an internet address I found out is for a survey. The thought that I might have eaten another bug or bugs in the mix made me feel sick, as well as the thought that the bug I found might have left excrement in the part of the mix I ate. I eventually vomited after eating the salad. The entire situation was handled poorly and did nothing to resolve the issue. I still want to contact corporate about the revolting discovery and the failure to resolve the matter by being given an incident number and a “solution” that was not agreed upon.
I received this item through my online pick up order. I did not actually see the item I went to take it out of the Walmart bag. The salad is all mushy and welted. It’s absolutely gross I would never purchase this in store or think someone else would want this or much less would eat this mushy salad. Very disappointed.
