Good quality fish
Very good quality fish portions with no odors or slime. Used it to make ceviche since the flesh is firm. Mine was wild caught in Taiwan. Yes, it's previously frozen but that's a good thing. The fish are IQF right on the boat to prevent deterioration. Absolutely no ill effects from the ceviche. I will buy again.

Had a piece for dinner last night pan seared and lightly seasoned in a cast-iron skillet. The mahi mahi was fresh and moist and delicate. Will be ordering more soon…

I baked it in the oven with a pat of butter. Served over Lunberg white rice grown in California. Delicious. Much better than expected.

Tends to dry out quickly poor quality
This type of fish tends to dry out quickly ANF is not very tasty its okay if its your only choice of fish for the time being but I would cook it at slow temp.and lots of seasonings

I received 2 pieces of fish that were not frozen and were very small. Because they are not frozen they expire quickly and for one person the price is extremely high

I think it was going bad, it had a very fishy taste. It didn't smell bad but tasted horrible. I will have to think about it if I ever want to buy it again.

Not fresh
Was not fresh, inedible, threw it out, received refund. Walmart is always good about that. Pleasure to speak to their customer service. Luckily, it is a rare occurance. Thank you.

Garbage food not food
Looking forward to eating healthier and I end up eating garbage this was foul tasting. I made it the same day. I purchased it and it was foul garbage.

Stay away from Walmart “fresh” fish in summer
Very fishy. My wife would not even taste it since it smelled fishy. I did eat a piece. No ill effects just bad taste 2nd time this month with “fresh” seafood that tastes bad. I guess stay away from Walmart fresh fish in summer
