great texture and taste
I love the texture and taste of swordfish. Very unique. I pan-fried it, and just a sprinkle of fish sauce would do.

Poor substitute
Ordered salmon and they substituted it with sword fish. They are not the same and I didn't get a notification about the substitution or I would have cancelled. Why would anyone assume swordfish is similar enough to salmon to substitute it??
