I Grew Up Eating Prosciutto
I have a vowel at the end of my last name, so I've eaten many varieties of Italian foods. Prosciutto is more than just cold cuts on a meat tray at your great uncle's party - put these wonderful slices in a sub sandwich, with mortadella or even German bologna. Add some provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato and onions - and you've got a meal for far less money than going to a fast food joint. Even with the extra expense for cold cuts like these. Enjoy, people. Put them in the oven broiler to create what we called a grinder in the Northeastern US. Add other Italian meats, or even medium rare roast beef. Yummy stuff!

The red bells should have NEVER been offered by the produce department for sale. REFUND ME, PLEASE. The prosciutto doesn't have a best buy date stamped on it.
