Best cut. Soak it in milk for half an hour. Wash it out with soda ( any soda ) no water. Add your favorite spices and wrap each with parchment paper and roll it very tightly for aluminum foil , toss it in oven at 325° for 4 hours and then transfer it to fresh dry tray uncovered for 30 minutes at 400° or broil for 10 minutes for crispy edges
These ribs -"OMG" R to die for !!!! I'm talking about (mind blowing) I cut a piece and sauteed in the pan with a little bit of seasoning. I bit into them 🤩🥳😍💥💥💥I thought I had floated, basically to heaven!!! That's how good these suckers are 💯💯💯💯💯get them 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 run for them.
There is a fair amount of fat that renders off during slow cooking. The meat becomes tender. There is a good bit of weight that melts away, but when cooked properly the end result is succulent. If you really like the taste of lamb, this is a great product.
I am very disappointed because this item is a rare find. It tasted so amazing that i wanted to order more. To my disappointment, I have not found this type of lamb since the one time I was able to cook it on the grill.
A previous reviewer gave a suggestion on how to cook it in the oven %26 finish in air-fryer. And that is the reason I bought it. I chopped mine 1st w/meat cleaver. Jerk mild wet seasoning, liquid smoke %26 olive oil. A day later, prepped %26 COOKED 280 for 3 hrs. * Fig jam jerk seasoning = sauce. Coat the breast-ribs %26 finished in air-fryer, bake 350 for 10 mins. So, so yummy, crispy fat %26 tender meat Still a little fatty. More meat would be nice. But i liked this better than beef bacon price per lb. Close 2nd to beef ribs...
Mostly fat and bone. Great for flavoring food with lamb, but not as a meat dish on its own unless you like things very, very greasy and cartilaginous. You can slice these into little ribs, and then use one or two pieces as needed in braises, stews, curry, rice, or whatever else you like. If you're looking for nice, meaty lamb, the breast cut is not for you.
The meat was good but it was more fat than it was meat I use to love fat but now that I have a sleeve I can't have to much it gives me dumping syndrome meaning really bad diaherra tmi I know but it's true I was expecting it to be more lean but it's good if you like a lot of fat
When cooked properly the meat is delicious however the cost for the meat vs fat is not there, you barely get any meat. It is a lot of fat. The fat turns into grease the longer you cook it. I had two bowls full of grease and by the end of it a few pieces of meat.
This product is not fresh, even opening the package right after the purchase, it gives off a stinky smell. You should check whether this product are stored properly, this has been like this for several purchases.
This meat is like pork belly, but lamb instead. it can't be cooked like pork belly, though, as it's way less tender. I ended up rendering the fat and putting the meat into a stew.
