Marketside Square Message Chocolate Chunk Cookie Cake, 32 oz

My very first time ordering same day delivery. I was pleasantly surprise it took less than an hour for the cookie to be delivered to my granddaughter in South Carolina! I'm in California, and will be using this service in the future for sure! I was told the cookie was delicious.

This is not a plain cookie and i dont think it should be advertised as one personally because it throws off the customer as well as the shopper if its a delivery order. Luckily i figured it wouldnt come plain and i expected the icing on it. Cookie cakes are always a win!

The problem with this cookie cake is it does not come as shown. My son has a red dye allergy. when this cookie cake arrived it was covered and red dye icing so I was not even allowed to use it. thank the Lord I prepared and advanced and bought regular cookie dough just in case there was some kind of emergency and I had to figure something out on my own. this item description should be fixed immediately. allergies are no joke and some can be fatal.

I ordered this expecting a cookie cake with no icing I received a cookie cake covered in icing I don't like icing on my cookie cake I couldn't even taste the cake without scraping off the icing the cake was good once I scraped the icing off but with the icing it was so gross I almost vomited from the taste

This was supposed to be plain and when I got home with my curbside pick up order it was I saw that it was decorated with colorful balloons. Not what the description or pic showed at all.

Unfortunately, what I thought I was getting was not what I got! The picture shows a large cookie with no frosting or decoration.... What I got was a fully frosted, fully decorated Graduation cookie that might have been left over from local graduation time. I didn't want the frosting as I do not like the frosting they use. I needed it unfrosted which is what was shown. I ended up throwing it out bc no one else wanted it either. And if you tried to scrape off the frosting, it was just soggy underneath. Lesson learned, lol, don't order something like this from home

I also tried to pick up orders to get a plane cookie. The first one I received was frosted and covered in Mother's Day decorations. The second cookie was covered in frosting for a birthday. If you are going to buy this, do not order it for pick up or delivery. It does not come up as a substitution or an unavailable item. Fortunately, Walmart did refund me for both cookies but now we have a cookie cake with a pink tint to it from scraping off the Mother's Day frosting so we can eat it. I wanted a plain one because my son does not care for frosting.🙄

This item was almost rock solid- tried to cut it and knew immediately it was not going to be good. Received 3/1 sell by date was 3/2. Extremely disappointed. Even the icing was hard. The picture shows how solid the icing broke when cut and crumbles because so dry. Pictures can't show how hard the cookie was.

I ordered what is pictured-- a plain, square cookie cake. I received a square cookie cake iced with white icing and edged with pink and green blossoms around the edges. I didn't order this or select these colors. I was not given an option to select colors or not select colors. The picture of the plain cookie cake is what I should have received.

i wanted a plain cookie cake... like the one pictured. i instead received a cake drowning in frosting. my daughter hates frosting, so i didnt have a cake for her birthday
