OMG the cake was fresh and delicious. Moist and dense. I like the idea to include 4 different flavors for variety. All flavors are great. The only thing I would change is to add a variety with strawberry cake! Otherwise the price is great for an 8-inch cake. I would absolutely buy it again and recommend it to others.

For me, it was a little too sweet, but my husband and kids really liked it. The cake was fresh and very soft. I like that it comes as an assortment, so everyone can choose their favorite flavor. The size is also very good for the price. It's a nice cake for the whole family.

I think the cakes were at least over 1.5 days because when we opened the package and ate a slice, it was already slightly dry and crumbly. There needs to be a shorter retention or discount sooner to move these type pastries faster. The visual presentation was fine at the time of purchase.

I have purchased this cake three times. It's a large cake with different flavors, all of which are very tasty. I enjoy having the variety. The cake part is soft and light and the frostings have authentic flavor. I especially like the Meyer Lemon one.

What a find! Last minute for daughter-in-law's birthday %26 we all loved the cake! Each flavor was perfect: moist rich texture, yummy frostings and an incredible low price! We enjoyed the leftovers for 3 days, just as moist %26 tasty as the first encounter! I'll definitely purchase again.

I WOULD HAVE GIVEN A 5 STAR BUT THIS CAKE WAS DRY USUSALLY THEY ARE MOIST. ALL OF THE CAKES HAVE GREAT FLAVOR THE VANILLA AND LEMON ARE MY FAVS THE ONE WITH CINNAAMON HAD WAY TOO MUCH CINNAMON AND I HAPPEN TO LOVE CINNAMON VERY MUCH SO WHEN I SAY WAY TOO MUCH YOU CAN TAKE THAT TOT THE BANK EXCEPT THE CHOCOLATE TASTED WEIRD NOT GOOD

Buying this Marketside Variety Creme Cake (Vanilla, Meyer Lemon, Sock It to Me and Chocolate Fudge), 27 oz. size, was a good way to try 4 different Marketside flavor cakes. We decided that we really did not like any of the 4 flavors. All pieces were very dry, except for the Chocolate fudge one. At least we now know what we don't like, so this was an excellent way to us to find out.

This cake was attractive and we couldn't wait to have it for dessert! My aunt who loves anything chocolate, did not finish her slice of the chocolate choice. We tried a little bit of each and couldn't decided which was the sock it to me or the vanilla cakes, which tasted a bit like coconut. Actually, the lemon cake was pretty good.

This cake was hard and dry. The Best Buy date was only a few days away but it was part of a delivery order. I bought it for Sunday dinner but threw it away in shame before my guests. If you purchase it, make sure it's fresh. I don't recommend ordering it as part of delivery as the shopper will choose something near expiration .
