Marketside Wagyu Beef Burgers, 1 lb

These have to be the most tender juicy burger I've ever had. Perfect with 2 slices of great value mild cheddar cheese (one below and one on top of the bun) and a tower of nacho cheese Doritos sandwiched in on a sesame seed bun. Thank me later. You're welcome.

If you want the key to a juicy delicious burger, you want a high fat content. 80/20 is good, but when you get into 75/25 and 70/30 you are in the zone! Wagyu beef is naturally known for its heavy marbling of fat. Instead of butchers having to grind lean meat scraps and fat together, Wagyu is naturally infused together so the cooking is more even and you don't have random pieces of gristle in your grind. When you cook this, it will put off a lot of grease, so be very careful if using an indoor flattop grill because mine overflowed on the ends. I think this is a great deal for these fresh burgers. I only wish they'd sell four instead of three in a pack. One patty is enough for one person, they are huge.

Delicious Wagyu. No weird or hard pieces. The meat tastes fresh and buttery, just like how it should. I would never know these came from Walmart if I wasn't the one that bought them. I wish a few more came in a pack since 3 is an odd number so I always need 2 packs. The patties are thick and cook up great. I add a few seasonings and it's like a gourmet burger and they don't shrink a ton when I cook them. We love them!

My husband is a professional steak judge and really enjoyed the flavor this steak had. We will purchase this item again. We eat our steak medium rare. So it took less than 6 minutes in a cast iron (really hot) skillet. I added salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary leaves with butter to enhance the beef flavor

Burgers never agreed with me but occasionally I'd crave a good one. All I needed was my first wagyu burger and I was hooked! Mmmmm with sautéed mushrooms n onions! My sister said the same thing. I've changed her opinion of burgers 😬… thanks Walmart for making Wagyu available again, and @a decent price!

I love the Wagyu Beef. First there are no hormones or antibiotics which I cannot abide as they mess with my digestive system. But most of all what I like is the flavor. They're always juicy and full of flavor. I use the unformed pound of Wagyu beef to make all my beef dishes, including my meatloaf.

I love love this burgers, I bought to try but I was so surprised with the quality and flavor it's one of my favorites now perfect to eat as a side or with salad if you are in a diet or don't eat bread. I was very surprised meat was not fatty at all like other wagyu.

Once you try these no other burgers will measure up. The taste is great BUT the texture is sublime. I'm not exactly sure how to describe it. They almost melt in your mouth. So tender and juicy. There isn't a lot of shrinkage after cooking. That's also a plus. I don't season them at all thats a personal preference. Just add cheese, grill up a bun in butter, add some garlic mayo a dash of A1 ( if i have it) thinly sliced onion and a little lettuce... BAM perfect burger! Price is right. Taste is phenomenal. 😋😋😋

Order these burgers regularly. Only downside is the packaging. It's very hard to open without crushing or smashing the burgers while opening. While it has a small tip to unseal the package I can never make it work. Have to use a small paring knife very carefully in a circle to get them out intact. Wish the company would come up with a better way.
