The packaging was great. Super easy to open and use. It fluffed up to full capacity in about 24 hours. It's firm but nice and soft at the same time. My son absolutely loves it and says his bed is ten times more comfortable to sleep on now. He's had it for a few weeks now, so I can't speak to long term durability but it seems to be great quality.

If you like a super firm pad, this is for you. I was hoping for a princess soft, sink-into-it type pad, this was not it. Other than that, it's good quality. I like the cover. Too firm for me though.

I like the comfort factor it helps my back a lot. the fit is a little big for my queen size mattress so the sheets I have don't fit right it's about an inch and a half 2 in wider and about 2 in longer

I was hoping for a medium firm topper to soften my firm mattress while still offering support. This topper is pretty firm- I would rate it about 8.75/10 with 10 being the most firm. It's not plush or cloud-like at all. At first, I was unhappy with it, but then I noticed I woke up with numb arms less often, so I'm keeping it. I still wish it was a little softer because it's too firm to sleep comfortably on my side, but it's okay if I'm on my back or stomach.

It's like laying on a concrete floor because it's firm. It does form to your body. At least not skinny people.

After removing from packaging, as instructed, put on flat surface to expand. After waiting 7 days still flat. Tried to use for firmness, but after one night of worse discomfort, returning to store.

The cover that was around the topper was extremely nice, but the memory foam felt like a piece of plastic. Worst piece of foam Ive ever laid on. I kept the cover but didn't use the foam. Please do not waste your money on this item
