Love this TV stand it may have took a little time to put together, but it is well worth the weight. The stand is very nice and high-quality if anybody is looking for a TV stand with a fireplace in it it is well worth it and even though it is not a real fireplace, it looks so real you get three settings temperature control. Everything is nice about this piece of furniture. Thank you Walmart.

Good product Not fun putting together

This is very good looking fireplace. Perfect size, practical and makes the area very nice. I gave it 4 stars only because the jury is still out on the fireplace heat. I love that it has a remote control but I don't feel it warms up as much. It's probably me not feeling it as warm. Overall, great piece. 100 % Recommend

My husband said it was a pain to assemble. Doors dont fit properly.. Top is a bit narror for my tv stand.. It looks ok, I bought it on sale but original price was listed as $599 I believe..I still paid over $200 on sale. I dont feel like now it is worth the $200 I paid, much less $600.. Wish I had shopped around more before buying.. Sorry, I dont like being negative, but its how I feel about it.

Fake wood laminate was already peeling off right out of the box. Wooden peg holes were already damaged upon arrival. It's cheap- obviously. The fake fire aspect is nice. The heater works, but unless you have a small space, it won't be very useful.

One piece is missing. I paid $70 for assembly and I was not notified of assembly time. The assembly person showed up before the item had arrived. I have spent hours trying to get a refund for assembly. I finally got a human on the phone and she said she was not able to refund the $70 and it has to come from Angie's list. Contacted them and they sent me back to Walmart. I am not at all impressed with your AI system. I will be visiting my local Walmart and asking to speak with a manager

I opened the box and one of the main pieces was broken in half. I sent an email for a replacement piece and it took them over 2 weeks to respond. They did not have a replacement piece. They claimed I could keep the stand and they would give me a refund, but never got one. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated.
