I needed a little something to help me keep warm because I'm getting older. This is NOT a full sized blanket, which was a surprise. But, it warms up pretty quickly, covers me from above the waist on my bed, has 5 heat settings (I keep it on 3 because otherwise it gets too warm for me to sleep), and a bonus is the cats have discovered it and love it too. This would be perfect as a lap blanket or shoulder wrap. It feels like a warm hug when I turn it on and wait a couple minutes to crawl in bed. Would buy again.

This throw blanket will keep you warm even without using the heat. I turn it on, then after a few minutes I turn it off. It heats quickly. You have to make sure you keep it spread out. If it becomes bunched up in places it tends to get hot spots, but I think that is normal with most electric blankets. Overall, I really like it and would buy again but if the quality holds up I won't have to.

I absolutely love it! It is so soft and cozy. I use it nightly to snuggle up while watching TV. It is great! It has different warmth setting, depending on what level of warmth you need. It also has a timer that can be set for up to 5 hours and has an automatic shut off once the timer is finished.

bought this for my Mom because she's always cold, she loves it, its very soft and the wires don't stick through and it comes with the option of a limited warranty.

This blanket heats quickly and is warm across the blanket. I've previously had heated throws with dead spots where there wasn't heat but that's not the case with this. I am happy with the purchase.

I was a bit skeptical about sherpa side but now I think its a “favorite feature” as it really helps keep it in place where I want it rather than slipping off every time I move. The thickness of the sherpa helps disguise the heating wire and more evenly distribute the heat. Also, because of the sherpa, it works nicely as throw with the heat off as well. It warms a bit slowly and doesn’t really get hot but it does get there and stays nicely warm without hot spots. I actually thought it was smaller than shown when I unpacked it but my tape measure says its a couple inches larger.

was looking at black friday deals and this was lnt am item i was looking for but got it as a gift for someone and grabbed one for myself. super soft on both sides. everything feels quality. heats up quickly without being overly hot. i live in an apartment were the heaters dont usually heat up certain rooms if at all and this will ne great in winter for when heat is needed but not wanting to turn the heat on full blast to heat those room's.

I am not impressed with this heated throw blanket. The controller worked once %26 as of this day forward it's a defective controller. I would greatly appreciate a new controller as I am not letting this issue go. It doesn't even have 6 settings. Could someone please respond back to my review. Thank you

Beware!!! This item is not sold by Walmart and the original sellers are difficult to deal with. You can not return this item to the store if you do not like it. The item looks extremely cheap and where the cord attaches to the blanket is really bulky. Really uncomfortable to sleep with.

I bought this for myself to keep warm since I have a medical issue with keeping warm. I used it very little on low for no more than a hour at a time. It warmed well enough until it stopped working all together. I found out that this product is notorious for wires coming loose in them no matter how gently you treat it. I even got the 3 year warranty and let me tell you it was a WASTE of money. Both alstate AND walmart tossed me around on the phone for quite sometime just for a replacement. I will NEVER buy any electronic from Walmart ever again. I suggest if you want something that will last/actually work and don't want to waste time and money get it of Amazon.
