Size of this heating pad was beyond my expectations!! It's been an asset for my upper neck and back !!

I love that I can snap it around the neck and tie at the waist to get full neck and back coverage. It helps me relax from chronic pain and the 4 settings makes it where I can find a level for what I need at any time. I bought 1 for myself and 2 for gifts!

I just had to comment on this heating pad. Being an older person now, the bones and muscles aren't as pain-free as a few years ago. I have had 5 spine surgeries, multiple fusions, and titanium rods and plates in my back and neck. When I am in pain, heat seems to help. This heating pad is the BEST. It covers my back from my neck to my hips. Then, there are sort of flaps that come around the neck with snaps to keep it in place and keep.my neck warm. It also has a self-tie belt to go around my waist to keep it nice and snug and comfy. Whoever designed this had me and a lot of other folks in mind. I bought 2 and gave one to a friend. it is very affordable. I hope I didn't write too much.

I love the design and function of this little heating pad meant for your back, nk and shoulders. It works really well and has the control of an electric blanket. I plug it in next to my favorite chair and wear it both to keep away the cold and to ease tired and achy muscles. I am so glad I bought it.

It is soft, warm and comfortable. The heat is distributed evenly and soothes your back and shoulders. The only problem is that the collar is too big on me and the heat around the neck escapes. I wish it had two sets of button so I could adjust it to fit me better. I recommend it, very good product.

It's comfortable %26 soothes my muscles when they hurt. The only thing I wish they'd done was make a (removable) washable cover. I was very sick %26 threw up all over it, %26 because it is electric powered %26 has no cover, it isn't washable, so I had to throw it away. That's my only complaint.

cons: definitely smaller than the photo, im 5'3" and i have a small torso and it fits smallee than the woman pictured. if i was any bigger it wouldnt reallt be comfortable to wear. the button is too easy to press so if you have it on the highest setting and accidentally bump it it turns off which can be pretty annoying Pros: very warm and comfy

I don't understand how everyone says that it definitely gets hot... Only use it on low setting? I have this on the hottest setting, and I barely feel heat. I need something that gets HOT to help me with extremely bad soreness, muscle spasms, and more. Hottest setting is like low on any other heating pad. Unhappy with it, but I will probably keep it, cause I don't want to go through returning it. 😔 Cord is super short...

I NEVER RECEIVED IT I PAID FOR IT BUT NEVER GOT IT! RETURN MY MONEY! I PAID $22!
