Size of this heating pad was beyond my expectations!! It's been an asset for my upper neck and back !!

I love that I can snap it around the neck and tie at the waist to get full neck and back coverage. It helps me relax from chronic pain and the 4 settings makes it where I can find a level for what I need at any time. I bought 1 for myself and 2 for gifts!

I love the design and function of this little heating pad meant for your back, nk and shoulders. It works really well and has the control of an electric blanket. I plug it in next to my favorite chair and wear it both to keep away the cold and to ease tired and achy muscles. I am so glad I bought it.

The heating pad has an excellent design. Fits nicely around neck and shoulders, stays put with weighted cuffs. Settings are good, the low is body temperature warm vs some others that are too hot and the high is nice and toasty. I have also used it to warm the bed on cold nights-such a pleasure to not have to wait for my feet to be warm so sleep comes easier. It conforms to your body because it doesn't have a stiff inner pad. Highly recommend!

I have serious neck and back problems. I bought one when I was moving. It went missing. It wasn't the same as this one but pretty close. Please take the time to use it. Don't bash it until you use it for at least 7 days. I suffer with migraines and head and shoulder pain. It's most definitely worth the price. I just wish that they had it in pink. Pink is my favorite color. I know that I pay the “pink tax” but because I love the color so much I was willing to pay it. Maybe they will see this and send me one. I suffer with fibromyalgia and migraines. This has been a lifesaver for me even if it's not in pink. I bought one for my senior kitizen because I want her to be warm in her bed. Her joints deserve it. She will be 17 in September. Hubby has one too because he travels on the road and he needs back relief as well. I feel like IM doing a commercial. But they truly work for my family. I'm sure they won't even respond to me. But we definitely use these as house warming gifts for our kids and spouses. They love them. My DIL works at a bank and uses it daily. Her Walmart near home doesn't have them. This is why I swear by them. Again, this is completely my own experience so please don't be negative or have me removing replies. This is just about our family usage of a great product. Thanks for reading my long reply. It's comfortable %26 soothes my muscles when they hurt. The only thing I wish they'd done was make a (removable) washable cover. I was very sick %26 threw up all over it, %26 because it is electric powered %26 has no cover, it isn't washable, so I had to throw it away. That's my only complaint.

cons: definitely smaller than the photo, im 5'3" and i have a small torso and it fits smallee than the woman pictured. if i was any bigger it wouldnt reallt be comfortable to wear. the button is too easy to press so if you have it on the highest setting and accidentally bump it it turns off which can be pretty annoying Pros: very warm and comfy

I don't understand how everyone says that it definitely gets hot... Only use it on low setting? I have this on the hottest setting, and I barely feel heat. I need something that gets HOT to help me with extremely bad soreness, muscle spasms, and more. Hottest setting is like low on any other heating pad. Unhappy with it, but I will probably keep it, cause I don't want to go through returning it. 😔 Cord is super short...
