working great for arthritis in spine. i use it daily. Seems to be well made. Has 4 settings to on nice remote.

I had one for myself, got one for my mom! The size and wrap with over the shoulder is amazing. It works really well on the neck/shoulder knots, and auto shut off is a great feature also.

i bought this because i recently had the worst attack of pain ive ever had. First my shoulder then in between my shoulder blades to my sternum. It came very quickly and it has helped. Its very soft, and it is the perfect size. The snaps are easy to snap and unsnap, the ties are soft and easy to reach and easy to tie and untie. The lowest temp is just right and its got a two hour timer, so i dont have to constantly turn it back on. im still in pain and still using it most of the time and im glad i bought it.

Well, I wanted to absolutely love this heating pad I had another similar brand with magnetic closure in the front. This one is to lightweight. Having arthritis in my hands I can not fasten the snaps. The heating doesn't cover as much of the body as the one I have before. It doesn't get quite as hot, which I guess is a good thing or a bad thing depending on your personal needs. If I could, I would return it and try to find one similar to the one I had before. Really really wanted to love this, but definitely going to be looking for a replacement ASAP as this one just doesn't do everything I need. I really wanted to love it. I love the purple color.

The second heating device is way too hot. It goes from warm to scalding hot and it doesnt stay on 2 hours. I am going to return it.

I used this item 2 times and already it doesn't work. Not even a year old. So disappointed
