Was looking for a portable neck/back massager so I could loosen up knots in my neck and shoulders. I didn't want to have to go to the chiropractor and pay that bill. Anyway this little gem helps reach different parts of my spine as well as shoulders/neck. Just don't overdo it lol

My boyfriend bought me this for Christmas, and I love it! I've used it on my neck shoulders, back, buttocks, legs and feet! This massager is the perfect gift for anyone! I recommend it as a great gift choice. It got rid of the pain in my neck. And gave my sciatic nerve pain relief. Thank goodness, cause when it acts up it's very painful and difficult to move around. This is the best gift I've gotten in a long time! I'm so thankful and happy 😊❤️

I bought this item for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day and she loves it. She has bad shoulders and they hurt all the time and with this at the end of the day she gets some relief and relaxation.

This things actually works very well. You can use it else where on your body. I have it set up for a hip injury and it helps alot. Heat works good, gets nice and toasty.

The quality is very good, but is a little heavy for seniors. I like the way it controls, but the buttons are high on the strap, instead of being lower within easy reach. All in all, a good product for the price.

this massage hurts , if u are sensitive in that area. if you have issues with your neck and shoulders, i would not recommend.

Ad says it is battery powered but it is not. Plus the wings don't have the strength to hold it fully in place so only part of it is actually doing anything. Too bad because it looked really good and got a good price, but now I know why.

Description stated real leather and this is not real leather but PU Leather. One can get a similar model $17 cheaper. Straps are not adjustable and difficult to place hand in. Difficult to maneuver and extremely bulky behind the neck and back. The chord can and does get tangled. The chord gets in the way of use. Buttons are difficult to reach while in use. First time use may cause bruising and additional pain.

It was wonderful while it lasted but it quit heating. The dial light would still come on but no matter what I did and I made sure that everything was still connected, it would not heat at all. I really liked how it covered your whole back and if you didn't need it for that, then you could use it on other parts of you body and it would be large enough to help. I may get another or one just like it. Whatever, it's certainly better than all the others when it works.

Massage was too rough hurt my neck more to have a massage from meth and to not have a massage at all. Will return the item to Walmart.
