Excellent couch. It's on the firmer side but that's exactly what I was looking for. The assembly was very easy. I had help from another person but could have done it by myself. One cushion came damaged but I contacted Honbay directly and they resolved my issue incredibly quickly and sent a new one. They have excellent customer service!

Got it fast and put it together faster, good quality and pretty comfortable. Had a small issue with one of the cushions but their customer service rectified it very quickly, highly recommend.

Great quality build and fabric! Came delivered all at the same time, and was simple to assemble. Is very comparable to the goodfella sectional sleeper for a fraction of the cost. the only thing to be mindful of is the weight capacity in some areas and the thinner plywood in the arm rests. otherwise 4 out of 5!

Its really firm. I do still love it but wish it were softer. i also didnt realize it was velvet. I love it. One issue is I paid for the installation. My furniture was dropped off outside like it was trash where it could've been stolen and my boxes were cut with huge gashes instead of being brought to my apartment and the installation was scheduled 10 days after delivery. Walmart also lied statimgbthe installer from a 3rd party was supposed to deliver it to my apartment but again they were scheduled 10 dats out. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from Walmart

I am missing more than half of my order. Just waiting to hear back from the company. I got a reply emails stating that I would need to wait 24-48 hours to get a reply. Hoping I can edit my review after I receive the whole couch.

We initially thought the sofa was great. However, after a few days we realized it's not comfortable at all. The back is too low and the seats are short. You can put your legs up because the depth is too short. I'm 4' 11" and for me to say this about a sofa is unreal. It's cheaply made and one side is already broken. I would not recommend buying this sectional and it's over priced for the quality.

Couch is very modern looking. It does not match the blue color as in picture, its more of a vibrant peacock blue/green. Its very firm as oppose to a comfy couch. Design is nice, easy installation and it came sooner than expected. Getting a hold of seller was slow in response time at first. I wanted to return it due to color discrepancy, however i just bought couch covers and the company compensated me for my troubles.

It looks cool, but the couch looks small and uncomfortable. The person who installed it, not sure what they did, but most of my back piece is very loose, and it comes off if I try to adjust it. Hopefully, I can get my refund back.
