would have never thought that something so simple could make walking so much easier and less painful
Amazing!! These have decreased my overall toe and foot pain and have allowed me to walk for longer distances without pain. I started out wearing them for short periods of time every day and have worked up to doing actual foot stretches and strengthening exercises with these on twice a day. That's are WONDERFUL!
I just got these - they arrived today. I have such sore feet (from walking and exercising) and these little gel separators felt GREAT on my feet - stretches the feet just enough to feel really good. Very happy with purchase.
They do separate your toes, but if you have arthritis, they can only be worn for a very short period of time (15 minutes) then they start to hurt. I'm sure they would be fine for younger people. They are a good quality, squishy silicone.
I like these but a little bit hard to get on %26 between toes but once you get them on they separate well.
i would agree these are comfortable to a degree. the spacers are slightly too big which leads me to believe these were designed for bigger feet. HOWEVER, in no way shape or form are these comfortable inside a sock let alone a shoe! I got these in attempts to alleviate some metatarsalgia and with that in mind these do provide some relief with limited wear, no more than two hours at most. no socks, no shoes.
Not for me. After wear one for 2 hours my lies were blue from no blood flow. This item is not good!
All it does is cut the circulation off to your toes and make it uncomfortable to walk. These reviews saying it helped are fake payed reviews.
These do not even fit between my toes and the openings are for a child's foot. I do not have large or fat feet. Quite slender. They are horrible.
