I like it! It absorbs quickly and the menthol smell is not too strong. It helps me fall asleep faster

Helps with my back and shoulder pain with the added benefit of magnesium which every cell in the body needs. I love the way it heats and tingles my skin and eases or removes any pain I'm feeling.

I suffer from cramps in my calves at night, this product has completely stopped that problem . It has been such a blessing to sleep thru the entire night without having to get up and try and walk off those painful leg cramps.

I ordered this after trying magnesium oil, which burned a bit. This is better, it also has arnica for pain relief. It gives a nice cooling sensation and works well on my leg and hip pain.

This was helpful for short term use. I have severe Back pain and neuropathy. Because it wasn't effective for hours on me doesn't mean that it won't be a fit for you. please tey it.
