Quick, sweet, and perfectly fluffy!
I love keeping a few bags of this Martha White Strawberry Muffin Mix in the pantry for a quick weekend breakfast. They are so incredibly easy to make—just add milk—and they come out smelling amazing. The strawberry flavor is sweet without being overpowering, and the muffins have a great, light texture. They're perfect as-is, but sometimes I'll top them with a little whipped cream for a "fancy" treat. Definitely a reliable favorite!

Prepare 1 or 2 packages. 1 package makes small muffins just right for packed lunches. 2 packages makes regular size muffins. 2 packages makes 6 jumbo muffins.

I use this mix to make four muffins and then split them in half to make strawberry shortcake. It was very delicious with puréed, frozen strawberries and whipped cream. Very simple dessert.

If you are thinking about cooking a sweet treat for any occasion these are perfect. They were soft, moist, and had the perfect amount of strawberries inside. They are great if you add a little butter or frosting.
