I actually got them because I was tired of horrible hotdog bun I knew they would be a little long, but I didn't care. The taste was amazing so much better than virtually any brand of hotdog buns. They made excellent chili dogs I will buy them again and again and again
My husband wanted a bigger bun for huge hot dogs we purchase. This roll is it!!! Soft. Long. Perfect for our needs. I don't feel it's a hoagie roll as much as a sausage roll. So happy to find these!
A little bit expensive. They tasted great though. They had a nice texture "chewiness". I used them to make meatball subs with Rosina meatballs, spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese and they were really good.
I saw these buns had good reviews, so I gave them a try and was very pleased. They're a good size for Philly cheesesteak sandwiches and the bread tastes great.
No complaints. Tastes like any other hoagie bread I’ve eaten with a cheesesteak. Not to mention, it’s really soft.
The bread is too skinny!! if it was wider it wouldve been perfect. its hard to eat a ham sub with it as the ham tends to slide easily due to the bread not being wide enough to hold the meat.... some are saying its like a hot dog bun and i see why. In the image, it may look wider than it actually is in person.
I thought these would be a thicker bread like you see in a sandwich shop. These are just large hotdog bun type bread. They taste fine and work well. Just not what I expected.
Package had been eaten by what appeared to be rodents. Huge hole in side that was rounded out from them enjoying the buns. Walmart refunded my package.
Reason for 1 star. Not a good substitution go hot dog buns. I wanted hot dog buns NOT Hoagie buns, but falls on me because I hurriedly approved the substitution
well first of all it wasn't remotely like what I had requested which was hot dog buns, and instead I got hoagie buns. A hoagie is not a hot dog. they're way too big they're way too tough and totally unsuitable.
