A Classic Superhero Film in Great Blu-ray Quality
X-Men (2000) still holds up as one of the movies that helped launch modern superhero films. The story is solid, the characters are memorable, and it does a great job balancing action with themes of identity and discrimination. Hugh Jackman's first performance as Wolverine is still a standout. The Blu-ray transfer looks very good for a movie of this age. Picture quality is noticeably sharper than DVD, with better color and detail, and the sound is clear and well-mixed. It's not a brand-new remaster, but it's definitely the best way to own this movie physically. If you're a fan of superhero movies or building a collection, this Blu-ray is absolutely worth it. Great value for the price and a must-have for any X-Men fan.
