brought to mexico and got priceless pictures! was able to take the sd card from the camera and put it straight into my phone
Bought this to use on a cruise. It will be able to be used no matter what we are doing, and is compact so it will conveniently fit in a pocket.
This camera is AWESOME!!!!!!! the kiddo's and I love shooting underwater footage. We were using the Polaroid underwater camera and that fell flat, poor photos, complicated directions. This camera is easy to use, photos are great. Makes for some very happy campers.
The camera is great, the photos are very clear, and the photos are also very good. I recommend this one!!!
I was not expecting alot for the price, but this camera took some great underwater pictures of sea life and coral. I'll be curious if the cheapo disposable camera worked as well. I don't know how this compares to a GoPro camera in quality, but its a small fraction of the price. Only one complaint. It came in the mail a day or two before I left on vacation and I didn't have time to test it out so I was left with the instruction manual. That's my fault for not planning ahead. However, the instruction booklet is bare bones and does not explain all of the options for setting up a picture. For example, what is HZ referring to? You have a choice of 50 or 60, and I have no clue how that impacts the picture. Also, the resolution options, pixels and FINE or NORMAL or SUPER FINE settings should be explained for when and when not to use certain settings. That applies to the other options as well. One of the picks I'm including has a stingray. I enlarged that at Walmart to 11 x 14 and the resolution is good. Its on my wall. What I need to work on is how to improve the shots using an editing program. Finally, let me add that it took great above water pics. You'll see the shark picture I took from the boat. (I swam with these guys; supposedly harmless brown nurse sharks.) I have to admit, I got lucky with my guesses. And the inadvertent videos I shot were great. In fact, the picture of the sea turtle was taken from a video. The video function allows you to go frame by frame and then save whatever frame you wish.
This is a great little camera. Am a little bummed that the strap broke right when I was going to use it for snorkeling, but I managed to quickly make it work. I would recommend that you spend quite a bit of time learning it before you need it..it takes a little getting used to, but for the price, I think it's worth it.
I hate to say this but this camera is junk .Pictures are yellow background and couldn't be adjusted out .Battery and charging compartment is a chore to open .Save your money and time bringing it back ! Spend a little more and get good camera you can depend on !
stability very poor, video format is not compatible with many editing software apps
bad camera for this sum.
This was overall a junk camera. Can't be used under water because you can't see the screen effectively in bright light. Can't use it in sunlight because... you guessed it, you can't see the screen in bright light. You can't even adjust the brightness up or down enough to see the screen. you can see the screen indoors a little, but it's still not good. Photos were fair at Best when taken. Shutter was not very responsive. Comes with just one battery and the replacement batteries are nearly impossible to find online (only could find 1 manufacturer). Just don't waste your time or money.
