Very effective!
These are so great. My motivation for purchasing was because my toddler was experiencing some serious growing pains and having issues sleeping thought the night because of it. After some research, I found these and they have helped exponentially! He has virtually no pain since we started giving him one a day (as recommended) and has been sleeping SO much better. They were delivered quickly and seemed to do well being mailed to me.

These toddler magnesium bites have been such a blessing! My little one was struggling with regular bowel movements — lots of discomfort, fussiness, and occasional constipation. Since starting these, it's made a huge difference.

My 4 yr old grandson will only eat these particular vitamins. We give them before bedtime for a good nights sleep. Good quality and affordable price.
