My daughter is 13 months and it's hard to get her to take medication. The doctor told us we would need to give her Iron every night. With her being picky, I was concerned on what to get. This one had good reviews and said was flavored. We've been using it for about two weeks now and She has no problems with it. It's super easy, comes with everything. And she actually loves it.
I've tried every iron supplement you can think of for my 3-year-old but she didn't like anything until this! Now I can get her to take iron without a fight. She loves the taste and begs for her drops every night! Win!!!
My 5 year old son actually likes the taste of this. I bought it due to him having dark circles under his eyes that I though might be due to low iron. I have noticed that he does look a bit healthier after about a week of using this and I did about half the recommended dosage for his age. So far we like it!
Oh my gosh, I love this far better than the prescribed iron for my toddler. The prescription is so constipating! This does constipate a little if I administer it everyday. So, with the doctor's permission, I give it to the child every other day. And iron levels are still within normal range for the doctor. . And it's easier to stimulate movement by adding a little more fruit.

Perfect for my Littles!
My daughter loves her "grape juice" as I call it. I put it in a little bit of water in her sjppy and she drinks it all no porblem. Were hoping in theee months her iron level ia higher and she starts sleeping thru the night. Her doctor said low iron could be causing night restlessness.
Initially these seemed okay, but it left a horrible after taste. I know it's iron and it's not meant to taste delicious, but the after taste was too strong. I didn't end up using them.
Everything is good if you can stand the taste. It's awful. Even when it's mixed with juice.
