I find this product to help the kids and myself when starting to get a cold. The minute I feel a cold coming on, I start taking. Kids take it with easy because of the mild taste.
Love that it's essentially tasteless, I add to my kids morning cup of OJ when they start feeling sick!

My kids love it
We are having to give my son supplements after finding he had some deficiencies due to food allergies. This one is his favorite. We call it "blueberry juice" because of the blue label and the fact that he loves blueberries. He doesn't mind the flavor at all and out of all the MR supplements he takes, this is his favorite.
I trust Mary Ruth's brand and this zinc supplement did not disappoint. The taste is fine, but more importantly I feel the liquid zinc strengthens my immune system.
Our children love this, and we definitely believe it has helped us to get through illnesses better, but the measuring device “1 pump” isn’t the best. Especially as the contents decrease in the bottle. I would advise to at least have a marking on the dropper to have an amount line to know what a “pump” really should look like.
